Best Weightless Hair Conditioner for Fine Straight Hair
Have used this conditioner since introduced to me by a celebrity stylist at an elite salon several years ago. Back then it could be obtained only at a few very exclusive salons. The brand has several formulas. The stylist used it on my hair and said the "curly" formula would be weightless, help encourage curl & body & add shine. She was right! Every woman I've given it to as a gift says the same thing. I have very fine, straight hair and no body. It's the only conditioner I've ever used that really is weightless. I highly recommend.

Great to soften and detangle fine curls
My daughter has fine hair with curls. Some other shampoos and conditioners are too heavy for her hair and weigh them down. This works fantastically to soften and detangle without making it look flat. It smells nice. It’s got a thicker texture because it’s a tub.

Hair ya go! Now this is good!
I use many daviness hair products I can tell you that they are all sensational and I truly believe that even the product that I haven't tried I would find to be very good. They are an outstanding company with an outstanding product line. 100% green light!

Fab hair, foul smell
I bought the shampoo and conditioner after getting so frustrated with my hair and the amount of knotting daily. From the first wash, I was in love. My hair is soft, tangle free, beautiful curls, has me feeling like a queen. However, also smell a little like wet dog. Honestly questioning if this was human product or if I made a mistake. Despite the dog smell I plan on continuing because the results outweighs the scent. Debating adding some essential oil or something. Let me know if you have a solution.

I love my Davines Products!
... HOWEVER ... I would think that if I'm paying $34 for a small container of conditioner and shampoo, they could be a little sturdier.I know, I know... I want to save our Earth as well! And believe me, Davines... You, TOO, can help save the Earth while simultaneously making a sturdier container for your loyal customers... Loyal customer paying what, $4oz? So that if two ounces leak out because the container is so paper thin, and inflexible, it cracks quicker than cheap crystal...I mean, that's not a good way to keep customers happy... That's a lot of product and money to lose due to cheap containers.AND CAN WE PLEASE TALK ABOUT THE SPRAYERS??You know... The ones that would cost about $.05 more each to have larger spray holes made into the nozzle. Why would we want something as ridiculous as that?!? Perhaps because the luxurious product that you produce is so thick clogs it up on the 2nd spray, and it just globs onto the floor (bye bye $4oz again!) or on our finger and we have to try to wipe it through the hair, then.... I mean, don't you have superdyduperdy smart engineers and purchasing managers and stuff?I know retooling a machine is costly - HOWEVER, pool it with several other high fashion hair care companies that your copacker/brand is already working for... Work out a product and production schedule over say 6mth and it's doable.

Expensive and hard to use
I used to get this along with the shampoo, and it did wonders for my hair. But it's really expensive, and at the rate that I was going through it, I couldn't justify it. I switched to SheaMoisture, which is a lot less expensive, but I really like it. I find that the consistency with this conditioner makes it harder to work with, as it's closer to a paste or a styling gel than a cream. When I switched to a runnier, less expensive conditioner, I felt less hesitant to use more, and it was easier to do so.I found the container kind of annoying as it'd often slowly accumulate water versus a pump style thing.

Quality Conditioner
I was turned onto Davines products by the gal that cuts my wavy/curly hair. I bought the shampoo & conditioner from her & was delighted by the way my hair looked & felt when I used them. Eventually I realized - in my case anyway - it was the conditioner that made the real difference. When my stylist moved away from the area, I went looking for the conditioner & was so happy to find it on Amazon. A little bit goes a long way = the results justify the price IMHO.
