Q: 4 modes, 3 intensities. I get the modes but how do you change the intensities?

The Sonicare Toothbrush gives you the option to choose between 3 different intensity levels: low, medium and high. Based on the brush head you attach, the intensity will be selected automatically. If you wish to change to a different intensity, you can do so by pressing the mode/intensity button while brushing. If you found my answer helpful please kindly give me a thumbs up.

Q: How easy is it to press the buttons on theos efor?

Very easy, once to start brushing, press to change speed. X

Q: Does anyone else have issues with it not turning off fully (options keep flashing) and therefore it needs charging everyday?

Yes, having exactly the same issue, so will be returning for a refund. Also will no longer connect to the App.
