This cleanser is great if you deal with irritated eyelids, buildup, or conditions like blepharitis. The foam is lightweight and easy to apply, and the tea tree oil gives that clean, slightly tingly feeling without being too harsh. How I use it: Pump a small amount onto clean fingers or a cotton pad. Gently massage along the lash line with eyes closed. Let it sit for about 30–60 seconds, then rinse thoroughly. It helps remove oil and debris that regular face wash misses. A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts longer than expected.

Over the past several years, I have had issues with demodex mites on my eyelids. Tea Tree oil was suggested by my eye doc. I used it, and over time, it helped. However, this product works well! In just a couple of days, my eyes were not itching, and upon waking, my eyes did not require immediate rubbing! It is so easy to use. just a small amount on a clean finger or lint-free towel to gently apply the lotion. I leave it on for a few seconds, then, per instructions, wash with clear water. The first day I used it, my eyes were clear and eyelids cleaner!

I use this twice a day, morning and night. I rub a small amount of foam on the eyelash line with my eye closed, of course. Then I rinse my eyelid well with warm water and repeat the other side. I have Blepharitis and it helps to keep it under control. When I use it regularly like this, my eyes don’t feel dry and itchy. The product doesn’t burn my eye. I’m so glad to have found it! It lasts a very long tim, too.

This stuff is what my eye doc recommended and I have used the regular in the past. Both work great!! Both have tea tree oil but I don't really know amounts or differences. It arrived fast, is working. I guess it's a ymmv thing but while it helps with blepharitis, it's also drying so I have to be diligent on artificial tears.

This worked on the FIRST night!! It has a pleasant tea tree oil scent. The bottle may be small but it you dispense the product correctly you'll see you have plenty of product for at least a few month of nightly applications to both eyes. Shake well and do a half-pump strip of the bubbly lotion on your index finger and rub it over your closed eye's upper lash line, over the eye lid, over your eyebrows (my own insert to the bottle's directions) and then under your lower lash line. All while keeping the eye closed. Take a clean cotton pad and then gently wipe away the excess. Repeat to the other eye. This beats the heck out of the expensive Rx eye drops I've seen advertised that cost hundreds of dollars. Please give this a whirl, your eyes will thank you!!

This has brought relief. My eyelids and lashes get a thorough cleansing with no irritation or burning whatsoever. I had cataract surgery 6 months ago and was prescribed steroid drops for 2 weeks after the procedure. Initially, I had minimal issues with irritation, dry feeling or redness. Same experience after the procedure was completed on the 2nd eye. Approximately a month after the 2nd procedure, both eyes, but especially the right one, were no longer white (slight redness), were irritated and felt dry and scratchy. I began using the Systane eye drops that I had been given at the time of surgery but, in short order, I made an appointment with the ophthalmologist. He put me back on a reduced frequency of the steroid drops for a short time period and during the follow up(s) recommended that I continue using Systane to relieve the dry, itchy, irritating sensation. I “did“ the Systane for a month or so but noticed my eyelids were slightly more “crusty” in the morning than I had ever experienced. Then a major redness (in both eyes) hit. It was so bad that I thought that I had pink eye. Back to the ophthalmologist, (No, I haven’t changed shampoo or laundry detergent; Yes, I still work in a clean room, environmentally controlled lab; No, I don’t have any new workplace exposures) back on the steroid drops and still needing Systane (several times/day) to temporarily relieve the dry scratchy feeling. Little did I know that statistically over 30% of all cataract surgery patients experience the same irritation and dryness issues that I did. Most, like my mother-in-law, simply rely on eye drops for relief - in my mother-in-laws case - 4 times per day for over 2 years since her surgery. The relief for me has been a combination of incorporating the Bruder eye heat pad (w/hygienic eyelid sheets) and the OCuSOFT Oust Demodex cleanser. The improvement in my eye discomfort level was almost immediate. In the 2 weeks that I have used this combo I have used ZERO eye drops. I specifically chose the OCuSOFT Oust Demodex cleanser because an ophthalmologist stated in his review that it was “tolerated” by virtually all of his patients for daily use. Did I have Demodex mites or clogged eyelid oil glands or just getting old? I don’t know, but the Bruder heat combined with the the OCuSOFT Oust Demodex cleanser (Tulip Oil) worked for me without any discomfort. Totally Satisfied!

By optometrist said I could have an issue with demodex. This did not help any more than the regular ocusoft. The product is a fair price and I like the way it dispenses in a foam. It does tingle and that is the tea tree oil working. It does not sting your eyes at all. Overall, I prefer the regular ocusoft.

My eye doctor told me to get this for my eye issue. Could not get it at any store here in town. Thank you Amazon for O.N.ing these products to us. This product seems to be doing a good job so far. My eyes finally feel better.

I am not sure about this product ,while my sister likes it and thinks it does help , my mother has seen no benefits ,therefore I think people have different reactions to it.One may need to try it to see if it is working for them or not.
