This magnesium really helps me sleep better!

I take 2 capsules about an hour before I want to sleep. It works fantastically! I sleep deeply and even dream sometimes. I wake up refreshed so it’s worth it for me. Cut my 2 to 3 am BS wake ups out altogether! Shared with family and they had the same response. As far as regularity, I take them about 3-4 times a week. Definitely give them a try!

I JUST STARTED USING THE SUPPLEMENT SO I CANNOT GIVE IT ALL 5-STARS JUST YET. HOWEVER, THE PRODUCT SEEMS TO BE MANUFACTURED UNDER THE HIGHEST STANDARDS AND PURITY. I HAVE NO DOUBT WITH THE MAGBRAIN ADDITIVES THAT THIS PRODUCT WILL WORK GREAT OVER TIME.

Good magnesium option if you're low-energy

I purchase this kind of magnesium because it’s highly absorbable and doesn’t have the side effect of loose bowels. I initially bought this for my husbands leg cramps but we both take it every day. I believe it’s a quality product and I always do my research before buying supplements.
