What's the ratio of garlic to salt?

I think it’s 50/50. One doesn’t need much for robust flavor. Just a pinch or two.

How come this can’t be shipped to California?

I live in California and received it.

For the infused salts like ghost chili and habanero, is it ok to use in a salt cellar? Or will that ruin the freshness, flavor, and potency?

Keeping the salt in a sealed container or closed cellar will keep the infusions most fresh, however, if you are actively using the Habanero or Ghost Chili Salt they are not going to lose a lot of flavor in a cellar. We'd recommend not having those infused salts sit out in a cellar for more than a few weeks unused.

Your add says a 5oz jar and you shipped me a 2.39oz jar. Is this just a scam or was it a mistake? This is the 2nd time you did this. Let me know
