I’ve been using this Biorepair night toothpaste as part of my evening routine, and I like how gentle it feels compared to regular toothpaste. The texture is smooth and not too foamy, which I actually prefer for nighttime use. The taste is mild and clean, not overly minty, so it doesn’t feel harsh before bed. After using it consistently, my teeth feel smoother in the morning, and my mouth feels clean without dryness. I also like that it’s designed specifically for nighttime use, so it fits well into my routine. It seems to be a good option for sensitive teeth since it doesn’t cause any irritation while brushing. One thing to note is that if you prefer a strong minty flavor or a very foamy toothpaste, this one is more on the gentle side. Overall, it’s a solid everyday toothpaste, especially if you’re looking for something mild and comfortable to use at night.

In the fight against tooth sensitivity there are two fronts. The potassium nitrate with fluoride way, and the Bio Glass way (under trade names NovaMin and BioMin). In the U.S., consumers are stuck with the potassium nitrate as Sensodyne maker GlaxoSmithKline bought NovaMin and then quit putting it in their American version of the toothpaste. Luckily, you can buy overseas Bio Glass toothpastes on Amazon. I went with an Italian version, mainly because it was the cheapest at the time and I figured the quality would be good. After just a week or two my sensitivity at the gumline was gone. Something the potassium nitrate toothpastes (and I've tried a bunch) never really did that well. I even tried the one BioMin toothpaste sold in America, Dr. Collins, and while it did better than the others, it didn't knock it out. Besides Biorepair stopping the pain, it also made my teeth shinier and smoother feeling. While it may just be a placebo effect because of how it worked on the pain, the science of Bio Glass filling in cracks and creating new material could be the cause too. Overall, I am very happy with this toothpaste. The flavor is fine, you don't have to use much (and make sure not to rinse after using) and it works. One important point though, is this toothpaste, like a lot overseas, does not have fluoride. The Bio Glass is what strengthens the enamel. However, if you want to cover your tracks, just use a fluoride rinse before brushing.

This stuff exceeded my expectations! After seeing the before and after of my own teeth repair, I don't see myself using any other toothpaste ever. You can especially see the difference in my front teeth. Only con is it did leave a little bit of residue along my gums but that's likely my own reaction to a single ingredient.

Buyers should know the product now has been updated, even if you select the "3.46 ounce_old" option in the listing (this option refers to the differences in packaging/quantity, not the formulation). While I can't do the new formula change, I have loved Biorepair and consistently used it the last decade as my go-to toothpaste. I wish the brand would stop updating their product so that sensitive customers aren't driven away. Enclosed is a photo for your reference. The seller Amarallys was very thoughtful, considerate, transparent, and responsive in my inquiries about their Biorepair offerings. I trust them and would have no hesitation buying from them. 5 stars for them, but 3 for the product overall because I can't tolerate the new changes.

I have periodontal disease, complicated with Sjorgrens Syndrom and chronic Sinitis. I can't afford all the dental work that needs to be done right now, so am doing my best to keep the sensitivity pain and progression of the disease at bay. I had tried Caredo, and it did help a lot, my gums are healthier, pink instead of red, but I didn't see any signs of repair. It could be some of the teeth are too far gone. But, it did help alot. Unfortunately, its way to expensive for me to use 3 times a day, every day. So when I went to reorder, I found this Biorepair Night Paste. I was skeptical of its effectiveness to relieve pain because it was floride free. However, after the first use, the pain was very much reduced, almost tolerable the next day. It is very foamy, so you don't need to use much, and it tastes good. I have used it 3 times a day so far, but now will change to night time only, and use a quality paste and rinse that is also for enamel repair and sensitivity after eating during the day. Hopefully just using at night will still keep the pain at bay until I can see a dentist. I don't think there has been enough time to expect to see any visible enamel repair if that is possible with my condition. But it has helped a lot for comfort. Also at the same time I got this, I bought tablets you keep in your mouth at night to prevent dry mouth, which I have also. They work and help.

This really works it surprised me when I first got it. Within the first few days I could tell it was working. It you're looking for something that basically acts like a filler for your teeth give this a try you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend!!

I didn’t realize how bad my sensitivity was until I did this. After using this for about 3 weeks I noticed a gradual decrease in sensitivity for my one really sensitive tooth (whos nerve ending was actually exposed and had to be repaired due to poor fillings). Its a life changer, after about 2 months my sensitivity was almost gone. Then when i ran out, i used a generic brand that actually set my sensitivity on overload. Safe to say i will never use another brand again.
