No benefit and possible harm using this.
Beware that it is not obvious until you try that you may have difficulty fitting this properly, especially if you have limited range in motion of the shoulder(s). I could not get this to ever fit properly after much effort and trying to get it off almost injured me. I won’t be trying it again. I strongly do not recommend this product and fear it may do more harm than good.

Beware, the large white is too large for average female. Only size to choose from.Had to clip and sew to fit properly.Working okay so far after my adjustment

Not made for petite people
The product seems well made and sturdy. Could have more velcro closures. But no matter how small I adjusted it, it is still too big for me. And I am 5'2". Probably good for larger people but a waste of money for me. Would not buy again.

Bad design and materials
I ordered this product in white because I wear white polos for work and I wanted it to blend. This product does not lay flat on my shoulders which draws more attention because now my polo is lifted in areas I’m glad it was only 6 bucks. I’m just throwing it away. It’s not worth returning
