Q: Ok. So after 2 complete applications I finally got all the gray gone, but now its coming back about a week after the last application. Is this normal?

Yes, I do mine about once a week. I have noticed that the longer I do this, the longer my beard stays black/dark. You'll always have some stray grey hairs roaming around but if you didn't you'd look ridiculous anyhow.
