Amino and electrolyte
This has been a very good amino and electrolyte drink. The taste I got was lemonade, and it was very good. I like to take this before my workouts, and before Jiujitsu and it keeps me from cramping.

Won't go to the gym without it
We like this so much we put it on auto-delivery so we won't run out. We were out for a couple of days once, and we definitely noticed the difference in our workout--they went south fast. We like the puckery lemon flavor best.
