TECKWRAP Shimmer Vinyl Glitter Adhesive Sheets for Craft Cutter 12" x 12" 10 Sheets/Pack

I am in love with this vinyl. The shimmer and color are amazing and look gorgeous on my projects. I’ve bought this several times now. Two important things:1) if you are cutting with a cricut maker it seems to work best on the setting for ‘cereal box’2) you must use a high tack transfer tape or it won’t work. The teckwrap brand high tack with the yellow grid lines works perfect. Regular transfer tape doesn’t cut it.Love this stuff. Adds some pizzazz to my projects. I’ll keep buying it.

Not as bad as we were expecting. I own a sign and graphics shop and this small piece of material was just what I needed for a side project. Figured why not as we have used many different types of material before to gether info and see for our selves if it's any good. Overall not that bad but could use improvement. Adhesive is not great but does stick on flat clean surfaces. Due to it's rigidity if you accidently bend a part of the design it will keep that bent shape. Before running any job you should run tests to insure they are the best possible for that material. Calibrat your machine for this material and it's easy as can be to cut.

I was a bit worried about ordering this vinyl because of several bad reviews from Cricut users, but the colors were so amazing and the price was great so I decided to go for it. Very glad I did because this vinyl is AWESOME! It cut perfectly, weeded super easily, and transferred first try with no issues! Honestly, this might be one of the easiest projects I've ever done, and I've spent a good amount of time swearing while using my Cricut. Here's the trick - you have to follow the directions exactly. None of the preset materials on the Cricut Explore Air 2 match the recommended settings, you have to change them manually. One simple search online will take you to the TeckWrap site where they give you step-by-step instructions (https://teckwrapcraft.com/blogs/tips/cricut-maker-silhouette-cameo-setting-for-teckwrap-craft-vinyl). I set my Cricut according to this blog and it cut perfectly, then I used the included sheet of high-tack transfer tape and had no trouble doing the transfer. I have to believe that most of the bad reviews are a result of folks not customizing the cut settings correctly. While it does take a bit of extra effort to set things correctly, once you do you end up with great results. This vinyl is beautiful, and you get a lot for your money. This is much nicer and less expensive than any of the Cricut-branded vinyl.

This vinyl is so pretty, but that's it. I got the glittery silver. If you're cutting anything smaller than 48 point font, forget it. I have a cameo 3 and cut it with over 20 pressure, and still wasted about two feet of this. It wouldn't cut through all of the letters. The transfer tape that came with it was no better. It took everything I had to separate it from the backing. Yes, it transferred this vinyl fine, but do not use it on anything else. I used it on some regular glossy vinyl and it would not let go. It tore the glossy vinyl and left sticky spots on the part I could get off. I do not recommend this at all. So difficult to work with and super frustrating. Something that should have taken me 30 minutes ended up taking me a couple of hours having to recut and recut the stupid dots for the i's. It was the worst!

I’ve been looking forward to trying teckwrap vinyl, as i’ve heard many good things about the brand! as a small business owner, trying out new products or brands is a big deal for me and I take a lot of things into consideration before adding them as essentials in my business. this is my first time purchasing this brand, and I am happy, but not impressed.This vinyl weeds and feels exactly like the cricut brand glitter vinyl, which i personally and am not a big fan of. This material isn’t very good for weeding because sometimes you have to try a little harder to pull it off or tear it off, no matter the settings or pressure. what this does is cause an imperfect tear in some areas, like a piece of paper cut in half with little ridges at the end. for me- this is a deal breaker.I have yet to comment on the durability, as i’ve only had this for a short amount of time on a product, but as of the first week it is holding up good.Although this vinyl looks beautiful, it is not for me and my small business. I look forward to trying a different vinyl from teckwrap that will have better quality.

I love buying from this brand. When it comes to using shimmer vinyls they take more time. I use the same technique with the cricut shimmer brand that I used for this. You have to go slow when weeding it. You also have to put your tool you're using to weeding it on the cut (for example the letters). I will use my weeder to life then slowly peel it back with my hand and put the flat part of my weeder (i use the basic cricut weeder) hold the letter down and pull the vinyl so it so it leaves the letter. I have to do this with each individual item show in my pictures to weed anytime of shimmer paper. It takes more time but when using these, I think it's worth it for the outcome of my projects. Highly recommend this brand for their vinyl! Set your cricut to Cricut Shimmer and give it a try. =^)

Ero un po’ scettica nell’acquistarlo, ma poi ho dovuto perché mi è sembrato l’unico fattibile e devo dire di essere rimasta molto soddisfatta! Bisogna modificare le opzioni di taglio su plotter! Seguite le istruzioni e non avrete bisogno di fare più prove! Io lo sto adorando!
