Ok so over winter break I went to south america for a month to see my family, and the food there is amazing, plus it was summer and I didn't have access to a gym there. So as expected I gained a lot of weight and when I came back I felt bloated and just gross in general. So I remembered hearing about these types of cleansing teas from celebrities and whatnot and I decided to give it a try. I did a lot of research because I don't really trust these things and there's so many detox teas out there now, so I went to someone's instagram who I remembered had posted something about a tea and then googled it. Somehow I ended up finding this tea and I liked that it wasn't ridiculously overpriced like a lot of the other brands. I honestly just got it cause it said it was all natural, had good reviews, and i was super bloated so i was like whatever, if it doesn't do anything they'll give me my money back, apparently. I started drinking the tea almost 2 weeks ago. Here's what I think: taste: i actually really liked the taste, i don't put anything in my tea but it still was kinda sweet, which is nice does it work?: yes. I wasn't expecting a huge change but I was determined to detox and I started going to the gym regularly again and stopped overeating. It was probably the mix of all those things but I lost like 5 pounds on the first week. But the best of all: I'm not bloated anymore. The tea definitely gets rid of the bloating. It does make you go to the bathroom a lot and I've been drinking water like crazy. For people who also take meds that dehydrate you (i take meds for ADD and those make you super thirsty), keep a bottle of water near you at all times. I'm not kidding, my water bottle and I have been inseparable, which I guess in a way is good because I wasn't drinking enough water before. What I also noticed is that I do feel lighter in general, before I felt kinda dirty inside, I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. I also noticed that I haven't been breaking out, not even when I got my period, which I am super happy about. So, to conclude my review, I guess all I have to say is if you're looking for a cleansing tea this one definitely works and hasn't caused me any major issues. Oh yeah, and my bag had way more than 14 servings, maybe my teaspoons are too small?

Initial thought was, “I paid how much for this?!” It also does not have a favorable smell to it, so I was very reluctant to try it. I tried & the flavor is palatable, better with honey, as is everything. I drank around 8pm-9pm and felt slight cramping around 4am-4:40am. Cramping is expected when movement is active. It’s not horrible. All in all, I’d say it does the job, but is very pricey for such a small amount. I guess you have to take into consideration if that is worth it to you. If you know what I’m referencing.

I love it! It has that minty chocolaty taste without actually tasting like chocolate if you know what i mean. I noticed a difference the first time taking it. Im not as hungry. Its priced decent. Im not sure on weight loss, as i dont know my weight prior vs after taking. I lnida sense a bit more enery than before. Overall good product and does what it says.

Hmm... I'm usually pretty regular when it comes to my digestive system, but I thought that this tea would help me clean out whatever else I had going on in there. It actually seems to be doing the opposite. I'm on day 5 of the "cleanse" and before taking the tea, I had a healthy bathroom trip every morning. Now I'm not really going until nearly the end of the day, and the second day I didn't go at all. The one day I was able to go in the morning, just felt like a routine bathroom trip to me, my usual MO. Last night I took the tea at 9:30pm, it's about 10:30am the following day and I still haven't had the urge to drop the kids off at the pool yet. I don't feel any renewed energy, or a cleanse really taking place. Maybe this formula isn't strong enough for me, who knows? I will update once I've done the full 14 days, but as of now, I wouldn't waste my money. There are plenty of other teas that while yes, giving you those uncomfortable stomach cramps sometimes, at least get the job done. I hope my body is just acclimating and that I'll be able to see and feel results soon. Does anyone know if I should up the intake of the recommended 1 heaping teaspoon? I give 2 stars for the taste, I actually like it and can drink it quite easily. ---UPDATE--- So yeah... finished the recommended 14 day cleanse and I stick by my original review, actually taking away a star because of how disappointed I am. This tea constipated me instead of "cleansing" me. As soon as I discontinued usage, I was finally able to go (THREE TIMES in one day), so that made it pretty evident that the tea wasn't really doing it's job. Maybe I got a bad batch, I don't know, but I wouldn't recommend. I also want to note that I felt a DECREASE in energy while taking this tea. I can usually spring up and get ready for work, but this tea had me struggling and wishing I could stay in bed.

Basically this tea is delicious. I wish they made REGULAR tea taste this good. This tea helps you poop! The end. JK. First off if you’ve never detoxed. A detox is based on what you’re trying to clean out (intestines, specific organs, ect.) and you should do your healthy “help yourself” of reading up on the subject (“GOOGLE IT”). It’s usually some herb based natural thing. That will stink, and reek later right? Well thats what I’ve know and thought for most of my life and I’m surrounded with family members who have degrees and have studied herbology for years and years (blah, blah, blah). So basically everyone is different. So FOR ME this is what this tea did. Trial 1: Steeped tea for 14 minutes (Its tea, for real. No way its potent enough to make a difference.) 1x a week. Outcome: Spent 2 days in my house “cleansing”. NO I didn’t poop my pants, and yes I ate a Banana and Oatmeal during those 2 days. Trial 2: Steeped (this strong sh**) for 6 minutes exactly. 1x a week. Outcome: Spent 2 days normally, went to work, ect. Pooped slightly more often. NO diarrhea. Feeling a little healthier (and lighter). Trial 3: Steeped tea (again) for 6 mins exact. 1x a week. Outcome: Started this weighing 191.6lbs, I now weigh 181lbs. Had 1 migraine this week which is significantly less than what i typically have. And hey I lost 10lbs. No working out or crazy stuff. Just this tea (on purpose). Conclusively I know EVERYONE is DIFFERENT (not special, lol) but I definitely had a positive experience and will be waiting (for payday) or when I run out to purchase more. Also looking to purchase the energy or energize tea as well. I have a very sensitive stomach and digestive system. I also have food allergies, and a number of other allergies (everything is trying to kill me). But basically this tea worked for me. So if taken the right way and adjusted to each person you likely will get some positive results. EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT so YOU have to find what works for YOU! Good Luck!

Hey girl, I need you to read this slowly. I drank 6oz late Thanksgiving night before bed. Its now early Sunday morning and im still going to the bathroom. Its NOT DIARRHEA but actual b.m (yea i know tmi but you do want the truth right 🤷🏾‍♀️). Im in the bathroom after I eat. I do believe that all of Thanksgiving and every day before has been cleaned out. This has cleaned out every organ in my body. I would give you a 10 star rating if I could. I will say the 1st night I drank the tea, I just peed all night and its been a wrap afterwards. Thank you for the tea. It was worth the money and the next colonoscopy I need, ima just drink the tea. Simple instructions and the bag was smaller than I thought but giiiirl, I wouldn't dare order a big bag of "bathroom vacation" 🤷🏾‍♀️🤧😄. Great job‼️Alriggt, Bye girl. P.
