Customer service and great product!
We had a mishap when the item arrived and a piece was broken. These things happen. I reached out to see if we could get a replacement piece. They were quick to respond and oblige! During all this (literally left the pieces on the floor of the house), my wife went to the hospital and we ended up doing an emergency C section. The customer service department made things so easy for me and immediately sent over the piece, no questions asked. Such a relief to not have to deal with it at the time. I’ll definitely be looking at their products more often. As for this piece, once put together we love it! It made space for our baby bottles and warmers and storage bags and all the other baby supplies in such a convenient and small space!

Great find
I saw this product and really liked it. The size and functionality was exactly what I was looking for. I received it very quickly and it was packed expertly!! Not one bit of damage! The shipping was free as well. Couldn't ask for more! I will admit when I first opened the box and saw all the parts I wanted to pass out. But I got enthusiastic about tackling it and it wasn't that bad. The instructions were easy and alot of pictures. Be patient it's worth it. If you follow the instructions as they state, it's a piece of cake. It's nice to see it come together. For the price, it's very good quality and the color was just as it appeared on line. It's a perfect match for what I needed. I just started putting it together tonight and almost done. Didn't like the handles that came with so I will purchase something different. All in all, I love this little cabinet. Very happy with my purchase.

Looks really nice, a few minor assembly / sturdiness issues ...
There are a lot of parts in this kit; it takes a while to put it together. It's not particularly difficult to do, and after a short while I got the hang of the simple patterns of what types of parts to use where. Overall, it's a good design, and the instructions were sufficient to help me through it.Cautions:1) During the assembly of the drawers (Step 12), be careful with part 7. As opposed to part 3, which is very strong and can be pushed hard, part 7 breaks. I broke one of mine. The reason it broke is because there isn't a good guide for part 6. Unlike part 1, which is screwed as far down as it goes, part 6 needs to be screwed just enough to align it with part 7 so that it can turn. I screwed my first one too deep in, had a hard time catching part 7 with it, and after trial-and-error, eventually broke part 7 when I turned too hard and wasn't properly aligned. What I learned was to stand parts CC/DD on part BB and screw part 6 to the cross point of part 7 (I hope that made sense - essentially, make sure there is enough of part 6 screwed in so that its head is about center of part 7, so that you can turn it easily). Once I figured that out, the rest were easy.2) A couple of the holes for part 11 screws to affix parts 15 and 16 are pre-drilled too much, which means that I couldn't get a tight fit. A couple of those screws fall off! I had to rig something together to keep the screws in place.3) It would have been really nice if parts GG & HH had pre-scored spots for the nails. As often happens with these backings, I wasn't properly positioned and ended up chipping one of the boards. Very common issue with these backings.Everything else was pretty smooth and easy to get through. It just takes a while, so plan a few hours to get it all done. The end result is worth it. The unit is very nice, so I'm happy with it.

Home Source Industries Oak Hills Microwave Traditional Hardwood Cabinet
Very pleased with the cabinet. It was delivered earlier then the tracking stated. I would highly recommend this to others. The reviews I read on this were all wrong. My doors shut and stay closed (you have to know how to adjust the maginets) There was only one little nick in the cabinet, but it's not that noticeable. I looked at this cabinet on another site and it was over $300, so getting this on Amazon for under $175 was a tremendous savings. I just love it.

Required but not included: Drill, additional magnets, sanity
This cabinet looks nice and my coffee maker/drink station fits perfectly on it. HOWEVER – there were a number of snags in the putting together process that make me wish I just bit the bullet and spent another $100 on a nicer product:It comes entirely disassembled and you need to put it together yourself, which takes hours. I anticipated this so that was no big deal but it did add to my frustration with the following: they only give you JUST enough screws to finish the product, which would be fine if they were all threaded and useable. Luckily I had a handful of Ikea ones squirreled away that worked fine, so I was prepared.Second: the feet on the bottom have a hole drilled in the middle so that you can stick it in place with the wood pegs, but one of the feet didn’t have a hole drilled at all! I had to drill my own hole, luckily I had just the right bit for it.Third: The magnets that hold the bottom cabinet doors shut are not powerful enough and the right door does not close all the way. I will be making a trip to the hardware store to get something less cheap.Lastly: the top, glass doors had pre-drilled holes in the sides for the hinges. I screwed on the hinges, magnet closures, and handles, then fitted them into place and secured them. After shutting them experimentally, I noticed that one of them was backwards. I’m not sure how to accurately articulate this, but the wooden cross that goes over the glass pane is inside on one door, and outside on the other. So it’s mismatched and looks busted. I thought for sure this was my error and started backtracking, but then I realized that the holes are PRE DRILLED, so they put them on the wrong side!!I might be able to take it apart, drill some more holes, then cover the outside holes with some putty or something, but WOW this is a lot of work for something I thought would be super easy to put together, and take nothing more than a screwdriver. There’s one more thing I noticed that is kind of annoying but not a deal-breaker: The directions are kind of thrown together weirdly. They tried to design them like Ikea directions in that there are no words, only pictures, but unlike Ikea they don’t really follow a logical order. There was one step where it showed three or four things that I needed to do in order to move on, so I did one part first, only to discover that I should’ve done a different part first, so I had to undo what I had just done. I hope that makes sense. There were a number of parts where the assembly pictures just weren’t logical, like it is obviously easiest to put the heavier piece on the floor while you fix it to the lighter piece, but the instructions showed the opposite. Again, not a huge deal, just kind of annoying.Anyway, EVENTUALLY this will look great, but for the money I really should’ve just spent a little bit more and purchased something less obnoxious.
