We bought 8 chairs for our conference room. After a year, the chairs started tilting when you sit on them. One snapped in half completely and several had wheels fall off. Don't waste your money on these!

Great chair. Even more comfortable than the “$500” chair at my work that the company provides. If you are assembling it yourself.. note that ot helps to have a 2nd pair of hands to help you. Also, put the arms on LAST. Takes a lil’ bit for that “China packaging” smell to go away... but VERY nice chair.

Update: seller contacted me and we figured out a solution. ------- I have used the chair for 4 days. Lets start with the pros: lumbar support is good, seat is long enough so my legs don't hang without support, it almost go all the way to my knees, fabric is not hot (that was one of my worries when I touched it), arms are high enough to support my arms so they don't hang from the desk that reduces shoulder tension. Now the cons; I sat the first day and the seat cushion started to flatten and it never came back up, I only weight 98 pounds so I can't imagine what would be to someone who weights more than that, I think the cushion is NOT what they're advertising but some cheap recycled filling, check the video I attached, you can see the fabric is now hovering above the cushion. Is really a shame because I like the chair but whatever garbage they use on the seat is terrible, now is like seating on a wooden chair

Happy with the quality and features of this chair but the amount of squeaking is terrible. I have to remain perfectly still while on calls to limit the noise. I've tried tightening the bolts but the noise is coming from every screw so impossible to fix.

This chair is very noisy and hard to control. Not worth the price.

I received this chair last Friday. Assembly -- This chair was the single most difficult piece of furniture I have ever had to assemble solo. None of the holes would line up without putting pressure on them in a certain way, which was impossible to do by myself. It was eventually assembled by squishing the chair against the table and kind of holding it up with my body to screw it together, but it was a fight that I had to walk away from several times. Comfort --- This chair is actually much more comfortable than my last chair. The arms seem to be quite sturdy, and overall the chair is pretty supportive and comfortable. Durability --- This chair is not going to last long. I have had it less than a week and it has already begun to squeak. I don't have to tell you how uncomfortable it is to be on the phone or on a voice call with someone and there is a loud squeak when you make the slightest shift. The padding on the arms seems to be quite fragile. There is already an indention on the place my elbow rests, and I can feel the plastic of the chair through it. I am not hopeful that the rest of the chair will maintain its comfort level for very long if the rest of the padding is this thin. I plan on oiling some parts of the chair to see if I can rid it of the terrible squeak. I will update this if anything further develops, or it it works. I personally wish I had chosen a different chair. I was very excited about the chair out of the package but after a week the newness has worn off and I can see that I made a mistake.

Let me start by saying I'm 6'1'' and 370lbs. The chair is very comfortable and the flip up arms allow it to fit under a desk in a small cube. But the base keeps lowering by itself despite the weight rating saying it should hold up EDIT: after review the seller contacted me and offered me a replacement piston. The base is very short. If you are 6'1'' and any weight your knees will be 2-4 inches higher than your belly button EDIT: I looked at other chairs and this piston heigt is standard, but different height Pistons are actually very cheap to buy. The price is reasonable. If I find a good piston for this chair I will be very satisfied EDIT: I did buy a taller piston and I am very satisfied.

This is a nice chair, I have the grey one with the soft microfiber cloth, it is comfortable. However, the piston failed after 3 mos. The chair bottomed out and as many times as i tried to reset the height, it failed again. I had to buy an improved piston, installed it yesterday, so far no issues but it has been only a day. We shall see.
