Mia&Coco Electric Heated Blanket Throw for Home Office Use,120x160cm Grey

Phenomenal blanket. Have had for almost a year, it's soft, easy to use, still works like new and even got a second one for a family member who loves it even more than me. Saves you so much money on central heating. Added hack: works very well between you and your duvet at night, and very easy to move about the house as needed.

This heated blanket is incredibly soft and warms up quickly, making chilly evenings much more comfortable. The temperature settings are easy to adjust, and the auto shut-off feature gives peace of mind. It’s large enough to share and feels luxurious without being heavy. Perfect for relaxing on the sofa or adding extra warmth to your bed. Highly recommend for anyone who wants comfort and convenience in one product.

We have 3 or 4 of these excellent blankets at home and have also bought several of these as presents, which have been very well received by the recipients. They are available in a number of sizes, and are perfect in many settings to efficiently provide localised warmth and comfort during the cold months. We use them to keep warm when watching TV, working on the computer at home or just when relaxing or reading. It is a well made product that is very warm and comfortable even without the heat turned on. The blanket and controller are sturdy and very well designed and made, making easy selection of heat levels and time to be on. The blanket automatically switches off when the selected number of hours are up. The blanket is also very useful to have as a bed cover to warm the bed and keep you warm. A good selection of colours is available. The blanket is very soft, durable and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Parcel arrived next day as stated, but not in the place I had asked it to be put. I have only tried the heated blanket once just to see if it worked and I was pleased because it heated up instantly with the preheat, infact I had to turn the temperature down because it was too hot! So it is looking like I will be nice and toasty for when the cold weather starts. The blanket is not too thick but keeps you warm and the controls are easy to use. I was nearly put off buying it because someone said they had bought 3 and the items had only lasted 6 months, but my daughter bought this very blanket and it is still going strong after 3 years. Hopefully so will mine! I have only given 4 stars because I have only tried the blanket once.

As the cold nights draw in and the fuel bills skyrocket I thought it was time to invest in a quality heated blanket. I didn’t really know anything about electric blankets as the last time I had one was 40 years ago, when they were about safe as laying on a bed of nails. Thankfully times have changed and rigorous regulations mean electric blankets these days are a far more safer option. I splurged out on the Mia & Coco blanket (love the name - even sounds cosy ), which isn’t an under sheet blanket but an over one. This means you can wrap it around you whilst cocooned in a completely warm erm cocoon. It’s just a very normal soft blanket unlike the stiff electric blankets of yester year. The outside is extremely satisfying to the touch. Sometimes you can touch a really soft material and it has very unpleasant feeling that makes your fingernails tingle. Not the case here - It’s so soft it feels like you’re touching a cloud.. The inside it’s kind of like a fleecy material which is equally as soft. The cord which is attached to a standard UK plug is thankfully long enough so you can watch tv on the sofa without it tugging away at you with a short cord. You can also pull out the cord to make it into a normal blanket. There’s 2 controls, one for the heat , and one for the timer (useful if you don’t want to wake up at 4 in the morning boiling hot). The heating setting goes up to 9 - which in my opinion is far too hot ( a good thing !). I usually have it around 4 or 5, which is perfect. The great thing about this is , you can lay it on top of your bed (I have a really thick quilt), and it warms up the entire bed including the mattress (This blanket comfortable covers about 2/3 of a double bed). So no need for an under sheet electric blanket, or a hot water bottle. I washed the blanket (recommends 30 degrees on a gentle wash ), but I put it on a a 40 degrees aggressive sports wash with a 1200 spin, and it still works fine. I’d still stick with the gentler wash though for longevity! I ended up buying 2 as I was so impressed. I’ve got it on now while typing this review, with the central heating off, and I’m so cosy and warm, and saving money. Electric blankets have certainly moved on!

This is an exceptionally large blanket and is very cosy when warm, like the adjustable temp options. Good for the cold weather

I bought this blanket as a Christmas present for my 89 year old mother and she loves it! In fact, she kept recommending it so much that I bought one in January for my wife too. She also loves it. We did experience an issue with one side of the plastic coupler which became detached, see the photo (my Mum can't recall mishandling it). Anyway, I contacted the maker Mia&CoCo by email (see their website) on the 17th Feb (giving my Amazon order number), they got back to me on the 19th and asked if a refund was ok with me and hey presto on the 24th I received my money back. I'm really pleased about that, the company didn't argue at all and seem to have a no quibbles policy. The blanket does come with a 12 month warranty. On behalf of my mum, wife and bank account, I can wholeheartedly recommend both the blanket and Mia&CoCo.

I'm a little disappointed with this Throw. Whilst it is indeed fluffy and very cosy when it is switched off, when it is switched on, the warm-to-hot areas are only truly effective and sufficient around the edges, the top and bottom in particular. However, for such an affordable price, nothing more should be expected. I hear that this winter, 2026 (Scotland, UK), is going to be rather cold, so I may have to purchase something a little more substantial. Nonetheless, it is attractive and well made.

L'ho regalata. E' morbidissima, e forse fin troppo calda se alimentata al massimo. Già al minimo scada bene. Regalo piaciuto.

I ordered for a friend in Spain, my account is in Ireland, and I had read a review that it came with a two pin European plug, so I ordered it for my Spanish friend, so I could send it on to Spain. Unfortunately it came with an Irish/UK Plug. But regardless to that I sent it anyway with an adapter plug, and my friend said it works fine and He loves it. Said really cosy and hot on the cold winter nights in Spain. Would Recommend
