Perfect for my tiny NYC apartment
I recently received the champagne gold treadmill and it’s a beautiful color. It was really easy to set up and assemble, though you may want 2 people to carry it if you are going up/down stairs. Walking on the treadmill actually revealed that my floor is slightly slanted, and thankfully the adjustable feet helped with that!A lot of people have complained that the remote is the only way to start the machine, but actually if you download the GYMAX app, you can start it with the app as well. So just download the app and you won’t have to worry about if you misplace the remote. As other reviews have said, the power cord is very short so just keep that in mind!! Thankfully I already had a long extension cord with the grounding pin so that helped a lot and it works just fine with the extension cord.I’m right at the weight limit (trying to fix that - which is why I got a treadmill in the first place!) and when I first used it the belt was sticking and also deviating a bit one direction. I think it was a combination of the weight limit and my slanted floor, but I adjusted the feet and tightened each side of the belt with the provided allen key until the belt straightened out. (This is not explained very well in the manual but there’s videos on YouTube.)Also, it wasn’t clear if the treadmill was already lubricated or not, since the belt was sticking. I read that treadmills are supposed to come pre-lubricated but sitting for months in a warehouse can dry out the belt anyway, so I used one of the included bottles of lubricant just to be sure. Tightening the belt and adding the bottle of silicon definitely helped it move better. Setting up properly was a bit of trial and error (about an hour) but it seems okay now.I just got it and loving it so far - we’ll see if it lasts more than a year. This treadmill is on the lower price range so just keep that in mind! This is NOT like a treadmill you find at the gym, it takes a bit of getting used to how it “moves” especially if you weigh more like I do and bought it to lose weight. It may seem shaky at first but you get used to it and there is an emergency stop clip just in case.Lastly, even though there is a slowdown over 5-10 seconds when you hit Stop, the stop feels very abrubt. When you want to stop, I recommend slowly lowering the speed and then putting your feet on either side of the machine so that you are off the belt, and then pressing Stop.Overall this machine is more suitable for walking than running I think, though it does have a running speed. Just know you will need to give it regular maintenance if you plan on using it heavily. I will probably just use it for the next 3-4 months to get my steps in and shed some of those winder holiday lbs, and then go back to the treadmills at the gym when I feel like getting serious.

Easy to fold the way and ready to use
The Gymax meets my expectations and goals and the features were justified what was advertised. The look is expensive with a comfortable deck and easy adjustment speed. Good start instructions and safety lock functions. I recommend this Treadmill for anyone wants a good safe treadmill.

Overall a good sale purchase, sturdy, but a few quirks.
I just unboxed my COSTWAY Superfit Treadmill. While it was listed here as being GYMAX and I've also seen it as GoPlus (which was what my shipping label said) they are all the same Costway one in the end. It was entirely assembled in the box, and required minimal set up.It's definitely heavy and way sturdier than I expected. It's very sleek and doesn't take up very much space. Has wheels and will be easy to store. The instruction manual is very poorly translated and gives no instructions on the initial lubrication (required) or the Bluetooth speaker set up. Speaking of, the speaker is loud but the sound quality isn't the best. The handle is located in a place where no human being could hold it while walking. Unfortunately, it isn't adjustable. This means you'll have to get used to walking without holding anything. I went ahead and put mine next to the bookcase so I can grab it until I learn to balance better. While the description AND the questions/answers say the power cord is 6 feet, it's 3 feet. It's not longer, don't expect it to be longer, it is 3 feet long and you may need an extension cord.I'm really quite happy with this purchase, especially getting it on a sale. I also like that it's red.

Great for walking!
I live in a 1100 sq. foot home - there’s no room for a workout area and I didn’t want a treadmill in the middle of my living room. When quarantine hit, I no longer could go to the gym and was dying for a way to get moving when I can’t get outside. I researched nearly every foldable treadmill I could find, obsessively reading reviews before I made my decision. I was pretty nervous about ordering this, but I’m so glad I did.PROs:- So compact. It really does slide right under my bed!- fairly light. I’m able to move it around the house to use it in different locations, but I do work up a sweat :)- quiet - I’m able to use it in the next room while my toddler naps- smooth - I have no issues walking on this. I find it wide enough for me, though I’m a petite person.CONs -- this thing requires a remote and I imagine that losing it would be problematic. I used Velcro to secure mine to the treadmill because I’m anxious about losing it!- the speed/distance/calories are not even close to accurate. I don’t mind, as I’m just using this to get moving while I watch tv. I use my Apple Watch to track distance and calories, which is fine to me.- as noted, the speed is NOT even close to accurate. A “3” on this treadmill feels like a 1.5 on a normal treadmill. I don’t think this would get fast enough to run on.
