Perfect balance of heat and flavour
Just the right balance of heat and flavour. I use on a dishoom recipe to marinade chicken kebabs. Tastes superb.

Key spice for meals from new cookbook
Just what was needed for several dishes in our Dishom cookbook. A bit expensive but had not been able to purchase locally

Needed some Deggi Merch to recreate a Chicken Ruby, the signature dish from the famous Dishoon restaurant. This arrived quickly, did the job perfectly and gave the exact taste and colour that I was looking for. Plus it’s really good value as there’s plenty left for me to experiment with.
