We love our new computer chair ! It is very good looking but most of all it is very comfortable! The price was great too ! We are very happy with purchase!

Having a problem in that the chair tips to the right. Company does not have a customer service telephone number to call for guidance. Assembly instructions total one single page with basically no words. Will need to send an email to describe the problem and hopefully resolve the problem. Not a customer friendly way of doing business.Update: Customer Service was very responsive via email and we resolved the issue. Overall it is a very nice and comfortable chair.

the chair was extremely difficult to put together primarily because the instruction paper said to install the arms to the seat first making the back impossible to line up the holes on the back you have to attach the arms to the back first to get the seat holes to line up but you still had to shift the bottom to line up the holes the seat was very uncomfortable I sat on the seat after 30 minutes my butt hurt and I spend many hours on my computer the back was very short I was expecting a high back. It was not a high back. terrible.

Very Nice Chair. Hit The Price Point Perfect. Quality For The Price Was Excellent. The Brown Is Very Dark & The Stitching Matches Well. The Cushions Are Fine & The Material Feels Kind Of Thick. I'm 6'2 235lbs Working Fine.

But not very comfortable, and it is by far the loudest chair I've ever seen. It squeak's and groans with every little movement.UPDATE: Having now sat on this chair for more than a month I am resuming my search for an office chair. This is far and away the most uncomfortable chair I have ever sat on. Very disappointed.Update 2: 8/26/21 the gas piston went south and I now randomly sink to the lowest position.

The chair is very comfortable.

Its not a high back ! The top of the back is below my shoulders ( I'm only 6'2" )

Love the chair, the back was extremely hard to assemble. Apart from that it’s great.
