Very good dryer, I have fine wavy hair that frizzes easily, this dryer helps to keep frizz at a minimum. Previously I had purchased a Shark hairdryer (at great expense) and after about 6 months it kept shutting down. I contacted Shark but they did not want to know, and would not even consider me returning it for repair, I was disgusted. I would NEVER purchase ANY Shark product again, or recommend them to anyone, as they do not stand buy their guarantee. I carefully researched hair dryers and ended up with this BaByliss hairdryer and found it to be a good product, dries hair quickly with no problems and would recommend this above and beyond any Shark product !

Great hair dryer at a fantastic price. It is light and the controls are easy to use. Dries hair really quickly compared to other hair dryers I have used previously.

Brought this recently when my old one finally gave up on me. Thoroughly researched it and the reviews were mainly good. I have to say it’s a fabulous hairdryer. Lightweight, easy to use and despite one review I read, it does have a decent flex to it. I haven’t used the diffuser yet as my hair is in between stages and not quite long enough but so far very pleased with the directional nozzle. The only reason I haven’t given it 5 stars is that it gets extremely hot (and I never use it on the fastest, hottest mode). Not too much of a problem for me as my dresser has a glass top to it but needs to be handled with care after use. That said, I would definitely buy again as it is exactly what I wanted in a hairdryer and I love the colour!

I have osteoarthritis & find it hard to grip. This is light weight & very comfortable to hold. Looks lovely & works a treat.

Very aesthetically nice looking hairdryer with an ergonomic design and handle, multiple settings for heat and can reach very high heats and low heat as well as settings for fan speed High and low. Comes with two attachments and I recommend for any hair types or someone looking for a new hairdryer

After alot of research I invested in this hairdryer mainly for the large diffuser and this ionic new fangled anti frizz technology. I can't believe it's taken me yeaaaars to invest in a decent hairdryer and my god it's made such a difference! I HATE using a hairdryer as it takes so long but with trying to not use the heating as much I found myself using a hairdryer more often. I've used it twice and it's so good for my long thick prone to frizz curly hair. The first and second heat settings are perfect for using the diffuser against my scalp, third setting is a bit too hot for that. I can use it comfortably on this setting and on the middle power setting and it's knocked off so much drying time with my hair. It's really light and doesn't make your arm ache or feel like the heat is frying your hair. The only slightly negative thing is I found the cold shot not to be very cold but I don't use that. It definatly recommend this to anyone with a similar hairtype It's amazing! X

I really wanted this hairdryer to make a big difference to my fine frizzy hair. The hairdryer did make a bit of a difference but I sent it back because however much I tried the attachments kept falling off the hairdryer. This was the case with both the diffuser and the focus attachments. It appears to me to be bad design.

Recommended to me by a friend. Replaced a very old hairdryer. I blow dry and style my bob with brushes and hairdryer. This hairdryer operates really well using lower heat which is what my hair type needs now. Hair feels softer, is calmer and retains the style for longer. Nothing beats a good hair cut but this dryer doesn’t dry out hair and cause frizz and fly away problems. Hair feels healthier. Very good value for thee money.

When received product thought possibly the cool air function would work, after couple uses realized the air is still warm. Wouldn't suggest this hair dryer unless you just want hot air. Try other brands
