My husband started taking Tremanol after the Inderal he was taking for years became ineffective and started causing his heart rate to be to low. He was put on Mysoline and had terrible side affects and it also was not effective. He got to the point he couldn't print his own name. After trying Tremanol for about a week the improvement in his tremor was very noticeable. Although not perfect, his tremor is now manageable. For him, it does make him a little tired and finds that just taking one in the morning gives him enough tremor relief without being tired and yes he can write his name now. If you research the ingredients you'll find that some are sleep aids. Not everyone is the same and will have the same results. However, this has been a wonder drug for him and we highly recommend it.

This product works great for my essential tremors! I notice if I skip a dose my tremors come back! I dont have any side effects like prescription medicines I have tried. I highly recommend trying this product!

My husband has cerebellar ataxia with Essential tremors. The first time he tried it, he didn't think it helped so I didn't reorder. One day not long ago he asked about it, so I ordered the 3-pack. He takes it daily; does it help with the tremors? Not that I can tell, but he says internally he feels differently. Anyone with a progressive disorder knows there are no simple cures, but anything that gives a little comfort is worth the small amount this product costs. I imagine someone with lesser issues would enjoy more benefits from this product, but my husband's illness has progressed quite a lot.

This product did not work at all for my husband. After 3 months of use his tremors in his hands are the same as before. It says money back if not satisfied but no way to let them know that we are not at all satisfied.

Before I noted that Amazon was selling TREMANOL I took Tremadone (which has EXACTLY the same formula) 2 per day during five months. I've been taking Tremanol for only two weeks but being a continuation of Tremadone I can say that in my case it took 5 months to notice some improvement results with my trembling problems. I will continue to take TREMANOL. I also bought a pack of 3 for a friend of mine that has HIGH TREMBLING problems. I took it to Argentina where he lives. But he has been taking it for only four weeks and we don't expect to notice any results until some months ahead.

This does not cure the tremors, but I feel it does help. There are no ingredients that are harmful. I had a surgery and had to go off all meds that I take. I noticed my tremors got much worse. When I was able to resume the Tremoral they seemed more controllable. But, again, it is not a cure.

It has been effective in controlling shaky hands.
