Amazon has all kind of foam rollers to choose – almost every foam roller has good and bad reviews, no matter the price is at high end or at low end. After some hard pondering, I am very pleased with my final decision to go with Freory 3 in 1 foam roller as my first foam roller purchase. The price is in mid range, but you get 3 different type of foam roller, from very firm (the outer-most roller) to medium firm (middle roller). The inner most hand roller is convenient to apply by hands over your neck or other hard to reach body area using the normal foam roller. The product is of good quality, although I don’t expect it will last forever given the mid price point. (even the high end price rollers have complaints about durability problem). The size and length (18 inch) of the roller are convenient for most situations. The versatility and portability of Freory 3 in 1 foam rollers are really a plus. For those who are first time foam roller buyer and novices to foam roller, Freory 3 in 1 roller can be a good starting point.

Awesome product! Functionally, everything I was looking for in a foam roller; aesthetically, very pleasing, and nice and compact/contained. Great customer service. Great product overall, and well worth the extra splurge spend. There are cheaper products on the market, but I definitely think if you can afford the extra $10-15, you won't be disappointed and will be pleased with the difference in quality, experience that you get from this product vs. other 18' foam rollers, or other 3-in-1s. All three rollers are uniquely crafted in a superior way that is just what you need for that specific roller type. I'm very happy with my purchase!

This is a great product. I am currently doing physical therapy for a knee injury suffered while playing hockey and working out. I have never used a foam roller prior to therapy. I purchased the 3 in 1 roller to use at home to assist with my therapy progress. At the recommendation of my physical therapist I now use the roller prior to working out and also prior to going on the ice to teach learn to play hockey and learn to skate at my local rink. Once I am able to return to playing I will be incorporating the use of the rollers into my pregame and postgame routines along with before and after any workouts. This is a great product and I received it very quickly with no issues at all. The only issue that I had with the product was with the toggle on the string for the bag broke after a couple of days. Not a big issue and does not affect the use of the product. If you are looking for a great product at a great price this is the product for you. You get 3 rollers in this for basically the price of one roller.

The stick is my favorite, but the other two are also great to use! Really helps with sore muscles and for using after a workout! Iv'e had them for about 6 months and they are holding up wonderfully! I love the bag, it keeps all of them clean and I use it to hand them up out of the way.

Love these foam rollers. It's so great to have 3 different rollers in 1. Painful, but helps work knots out of muscles. My husband took it to work to show his co-workers and to his parents' house, and they all loved it so much, they ordered their own.

I have used a non textured roller before with not much results in getting kinks out of muscles before, but the rigid roller works wonders. Obviously, when you first start rolling, there is pain, but I woke up the next day feeling pain free from limping from the pain the day before. The hand roller also does wonders with small spots and on the upper back. Absolutely loved my puschase.

Beautiful. I am a consumer of good ol Michigan. Product is great. Use it every way. Good size too. Awesome convenience. Also very durable. Strong product. Bag ripped hit the guys up they sent me three bags. 😂 I find that amazing customer service.
