This is my second cutting board like this. I read reviews. Several people freaked out because heavy pressure of a very sharp knife may cut the silicone surface. I am a vegan, so I'm not worried about meat bacteria on my cutting board. I am worried about using a hard cutting surface that will dull my knives, or a porous one, like wood, that will absorb bacteria and moisture. I put this cutting board in the dishwasher to clean, and find it works really well for me. I like that I can pick it up, and it's flexible enough for me to bend it up to pour whatever I've chopped into a bowl or a pan. Kind to my knife edges. Easy to clean. Works for me.

Loved that these are lightweight and easy to care for. Small one is great for cutting up a lemon or lime. Medium and large are great for everything else, depending on size. No knife marks on the boards from cutting stuff and no bits of plastic or wood in your food. Easy fold to slide your food into a pot or bowl. Easy cleanup by just washing with soap and water or putting in the dishwasher. Highly recommend.

So easy to use, don’t scratch and wash up well. I was happy to get rid of my old plastic ones.

Pros: lays flat on counter and doesn’t slide around. Is a nice cutting surface. Flexible but not too thin. Holds things in place making it easier to chop small things like garlic.Cons: wish it were bigger. Because things do stick to it it is harder to clean or scrape food off that you have chopped.

These cutting boards have met all the marketing promises over my use for the last 2 months -- they are sturdy, easy to clean (just throw them in the dishwasher), and do not show any cuts from knives. In addition, their flexibility is something that I didn't know that I really needed, to easily pour grated veggies and meat strips into the pan without a chance of spillage.

I am trying to move away from plastic and these silicon spoons are a great option! They were much higher quality than I was expecting. They are heavy and solid.

Other providers got these here quicker. Consumer Report recommended and that was the reason behind the purchase, replacing plastic cutting boards. Seem to work well and no plastic in food. A bit expensive.

These are not practical and are unsafe. We have had them a week and they are ruined by knife marks. We only used them for vegetables. Completely useless. Do not recommend. Extremely disappointed.

This board avoids the micro pieces of plastic you get in your chopped food from cutting on a plastic board.It is a bit floppy, but a small price to pay for no plastic

needs constant cleaning and shows every cumb left behind from cutting items as they stick to it and not so extra large in size!
