Restful Legs Tablets, for Itching, Crawling, Tingling Relief, 50ct

Restful Legs is literally a Godsend! A flare up of RLS is miserable. Nothing I ever tried helped, until I found this "miracle" supplement. It starts to take effect immediately. Within 15- 20 minutes the anxious urge for my legs to be "dancing in the sheets" is relieved, and within 30 minutes I can go to sleep. The overwhelming calm and relief from the anxiety and "dancing legs" of RLS is so complete, its like nothing I can describe.

This stuff really works for my restless legs. If you have that, you KNOW what I mean. You are So tired, So relaxed, just starting to drift off, and twitch, twitch… Fuuuuuuu@&! I keep them on the nightstand. NO water necessary. Under your tongue and let them melt. Leg cramps are a different animal but Highlands has something for those as well. Although I usually start with pickle juice, tonic water ( WITH quinine), and electrolytes.

As a physician and a former pharmacist, I appreciate a product that does not have significant side effects. This is one of those products that I use regularly. It works quickly and I just pop 3 or 4 into my mouth before sleeping at night when I feel my legs growing uncomfortable. Pretty easy. I wouldn't say this is a product for pain relief but the overall relief of mild restless leg symptoms is a boon for something that won't make you severely tired the next morning (gabapentin) or that you can grow a tolerance toward (ropinirole or pramipexole). The quality is great because it doesn't taste chalky like several other similar products even though the active ingredients are very similar. The only downside is that it is a little pricey.

I bought this because I frequently get leg pain from my nerves... I know it is related to my diabetes. I didn't really think this stuff would actually work for me (Tylenol doesn't always work), but I figured you never know until you try. And as my leg issues have increased lately, I bought it. Had leg problems (twitches, nerve jangling, can't relax) the day this arrived, so took my first dose, then explained what it was to my family. It worked within 10 minutes! I was shocked, and couldn't believe I actually got relief from my daily leg tortures. But it worked, so now this sits on my side table on my side of the couch (I have a task light for doing needlework, knitting, etc.). I did notice that a bit of the pain came back, but that was something that started in my hip (probably sciatica), and again, it was very mild return, not enough to prevent me from going to sleep. I gave this a 4/5 only because it was based on one dose, and I will update when I have more experience with it. I took two, but had a hard time leaving them under my tongue... ended up with them on my tongue, but there is no bad taste.

99% of the time, these work great! I keep them in my bedside drawer because my legs usually start jumping shortly after I fall asleep, sometimes before. I usually dissolve 2 to 3 tablets under my tongue as directed, and then take a sip of water. Usually that's enough to stop my legs from the creepy-crawlies at night. Last night, I took my dose before bed but still woke up later with jumping legs. I sat up and took another dose. It took a few hours of trying to shake it out, but once that second dose kicked in, I finally fell back asleep. TIP (which I should have done last night but was SO tired): If you don't already have one, look into a vibration plate. I find when I stand on it for a 10-minute cycle at speed 30 (but if you are new to vibration plates, start lower), an hour or less before bed, it acts as a perfect counter-stimulation to stop the creepy-crawlies before they start. The past few nights I got lazy and skipped it, and I definitely paid for it last night! Thank goodness I keep these on auto-ship. I could never be without them or my vibration plate. We are going on a trip in a few weeks, and I already have a bottle on my dresser so I don't forget to pack them (too bad they don't make portable vibration plates!). Waking up to that annoying RLS is awful, but this combination makes a world of difference. If you haven't tried these, you should!

These help when my restless leg starts up while I'm laying in bed at night. I also take a prescription medicine that I forget sometimes so this is my Go To product for relief. It doesn't work immediately but after about half hour I can tell the difference. I usually put around 3-4 under my tongue.

Did not work at alll for my husband. It may be that he doesn’t have restful legs but we were hoping it would help. To the Dr. we will go

For me, one tab works quickly and effectively within 20 min for ease of neuropathy pain and muscle twitching. Tablets easily dissolve under tongue. Can cause drowsiness.

It was timely delivered. Original product I take 4 pills at a time for my restless legs

If I could give this a zero star I would because the tablets never works really it’s not what they are saying totally waste of money to buy them.
