This is a re-order for me on the Arnica 30C. I have been using this for pain and to prevent bruising. I use it in conjunction with Penetrex. If I bump into something or something bumps into me, I take 5 of these tiny little pills and depending on how severe the bump is, I will rub some Penetrex onto the spot. It is unbelievably effective in preventing bruising. I have taken some severe shots and if I use this right away - no bruising at all. It is a miracle if you don't want to walk around all black and blue. I even had a 40 lb. child jump off a wall right on top of me - it almost knocked me down and I was dizzy and hurting all over. I went home, got my Arnica and Penetrex and used it a couple of times and - no bruising. Also it helped relieve my pain. This really works for me.

Good value Beats addictive pain pharmaceuticals. Easy to carry and use

This is a very good quality, high dose Arnica for a great price. You'd pay almost double at a health food store. I use it to help with bruising from injectables... Botox and such. I start using it a day before and continue for several days after. I bruise very easily and this definitely helps heal it faster. Normally, the bruise is black or blue and then turns yellow a week later. With this Arnica, the bruise turns yellow the next day or so, telling me it speeds the healing process up quite a lot.

Good container for dispensing product

Like Arnica provides me with assistance related to bruising and muscle soreness. Only dislike, getting the little nuggets out, takes patience. I am working on patience.

I love this stuff - my issue is that one of my vials was literally 100% empty!! It was sealed and everything - not a single pellet. By the time I got to the 2nd vial, it was too late to ask for a replacement. So while I love the product, it's super disappointing that one of the vials was empty. Never happened before, to be honest - but I guess from now on I should get it from a store where I can see that it's full.
