Q: what is the height of this glass

From bottom of stem to top of glass it is 8 inches. Very nice glasses. I use for a water glass. Plus it fits nicely in the dishwasher.

Q: Where are these glasses made?

I am not exactly sure where these glasses are made because I don't have the package they came in anymore. However, I believe they are made in Italy. I LOVE these glasses! They are well made and great for ice tea. I think they are crystal because they have a nice ding to them.

Q: One of my glasses came broken in the box. I received this item as a gift. What should I do?

I ordered two boxes for our household, and two glasses (one in each box) came broken. All I did was call Amazon customer service, and they shipped out one new set.

Q: What is the diameter of the top?

They are 2 3/4 inches in diameter at the top. These are great glasses...very elegant!
