This is more comfortable to wear than I had expected and it does keep your wrist immobilized. The velcro straps hold very well and are easy to adjust to a proper fit. I bought a medium/large size according to the measurements on their size chart and it fit perfectly for me (get the correct size and you won't be disappointed). I read a review where someone said it fits either hand. That is NOT correct. It is definitely hand specific - get the correct one for the hand you are treating.

My daughter broke her arm and after the second cast she needed a brace. This one is great!! I bought it because it was long enough for her full arm. Save yourself the crazy price they’ll charge from the doctor and get this one! She’s finally done with it but it was soft and durable and it is such great quality that it doesn’t look like she wore it for 6 weeks! The Velcro is still strong and it was lightweight and breathable in the heat! I would definitely recommend!

I really liked the support of the bottom metal insert, once I formed it into a comfortable spoon like shape that allowed me to rest my hand perfectly. The Fit was more than perfect because it has lengthy Velcro straps, the materials used, All are Very Durable. Well made brace. Easy to shape both too and bottom or adjust both to suit your specific need. I DO RECOMMEND THAT YOU USE A SOFT SOCK OR NO STICK 2-3 inch Wide ACE Bandage for a cozier fit and the barrier helps stop chafing, or a blister from forming by of on your thumb because of how it has to be worn. If allowed to take the brace off a cpl times a day take advantage and do so but rest. Not nothing but maybe tv, sit outside let your arm soak up some sun after 30-40 it should come back on. But I am no Dr. I am not giving professional medical advice I am simply sharing my experiences and outcomes. Im not trying to be selling anything. Just a review from someone who purchased, used and am keeping in my 1st aid survival gear.

This is a high quality splint and works great for a triquetrum fracture to immobilize the arm and extends almost all the way to the elbow. I bought this splint when the orthopedic specialist had me keep a shorter splint I received from an urgent care doctor for a fracture. This splint is much better than the shorter one I received from urgent care. The Velcro straps are strong and you can tighter this split to any degree needed. This split offers comfort while immobilizing my arm to promote pain relief and healing. Make sure to check the size chart and choose the one that’s right for your needs. Highly recommended based on my experience.

This was exactly what I needed when I broke my arm. It was the only one I found that fit correctly and was long enough to actually cover the part of my arm that was broken.
