It's sandpaper. It's rough. It works.

This a very durable, strong backing, works great on my electric palm sander as well as hand sanding blocks.

I'm painting the doors and baseboards in my home. Sanding 26 doors makes a lot of dust, so I chose to purchase a better quality sand paper and use it for wet sanding. No dust! This stuff is great. One sheet, cut into 9 pieces (folded) will last for one interior door, and the full door frame before I need to get a new sheet. The 180 grit is good for the door frames and baseboards. I wouldn't use 180 grit for the interior doors as they have a texture that could be damaged from this coarser grit. Stick with the 220 grit for the doors.

Can't go wrong with 3m.

This sandpaper may appear to cost more than the no name brands. As a DIY person you may not need the quality, but as a pro of more than 40 years, this sandpaper is truly the new high standard in all categories. A very flexible backing acts like A weight paper, but it lasts as long as the cloth backed papers. Made to be used on molding blocks for intricate sanding, I also use it on my sheet sanders. The new Cubitron abrasive lasts longer and cuts better than anything else. I also use the Cubitron on my disc sanders.

This is just good, tough long lasting paper and the grip on the backing is great.

Great price! Possibly to good... I question authenticity. There is color bleeding and smudges on the packaging. Would 3m have that? Doubtful.

For a "premium" sandpaper this doesn't last any longer than super cheap paper. Bought this with the intention of flattening my sharpening stones but the sheets clogged up way too fast to the point where I could only flatten 1-2 stones per sheets. Now using it on wood, I'm having the same experience, it doesn't matter the hardness of the wood this paper just doesn't last long enough for the prices. Also, the "NO-Slip Grip" is an absolute joke, wether on a granite surface or a wood workbench this stuff slides just as much as any other sandpapder.
