Is the included led switch hardwired or remote? it looks like a remote control. can i change this to a traditional switch or 2 switches for fan/lite?

The wall control panel mounts and is wired just like a standard Decora-style on/off switch. It mounts in a standard electrical box and must be connected to house wiring on one side. There is a switched hot coming from the control box, and that, neutral, and ground run to the fan unit. The control panel is powered by house current, and it does all the fancy control stuff via wireless connection to the fan.

What is the difference between the smart motion vs smart sensor versions?

Hello, There is a motion sensing fan and there is a humidity sensing fan.

Can I wire a second light to the led switch provided?

Hello, No a second switch would not be compatible.

The top two buttons on the touch panel broke recently for me. Is there some way I can order a replacement?

Hello, please contact our customer service department 877-319-3757 or email support@hwcares.com
