Holes don’t correctly line up with network switch making it slightly crooked. Don’t trust the supported hardware list. Definitely can’t recommend.

My clients switch didn’t come with this normally standard hardware. This worked perfect. Screwed to switch first then installed switch in the rack.

Hole pattern does not fit Netgear prosafe switches

Holes do not line up properly for my Netgear switch, the rackmount ears are not wide enough to fit properly. Included screws are not long enough for two of the screw holes. I ended up having to bend them slightly and drill one hole on each piece out a few mm in order to make it work. Definitely do not recommend.
