Broken and defective
The product arrived spilled with the security seal broken. Also, the quality was bad, it didn’t disperse or blend with oils, makes me think it's expired or not a NOW original product. I requested a refund, but it took too long to approve by the seller, i couldn't send it because of a 3 day deadline. Do not buy from third party sellers, because amazon doesn't help you to get the refund when they send bad items.

Read your labels
I have tried various NOW oils, and I've always found them to be high quality. However, I was sent the blend (20% oil) and not the 100% essential oil. Check your labels because there is a huge price difference between these products, the full strength oil being more than twice as expensive as the blend.
