It does tilt....
For being one of the cheapest mounts I found, it is quite strong and does everything advertised. It does tilt, it's just not something you can adjust on the fly. Once you set the tilt amount it's a pain to change it. The rest of the installation was fine. I only had a 3/16 drill bit which made it much more difficult. I had to wiggle the drill bit until the hole was big enough for the screws and still had a hard time screwing them into the wall. I would not recommend using a 1/4" bit though, the screws might get loose and the whole thing could fall off. I would also not recommend mounting this on drywall alone. You definitely want to find a wooden stud. Don't take the risk of your TV falling off the wall and taking a chunk of drywall with it!How to set the tilt: in the center of the part of the mount that attaches to the monitor there is a hex nut. Loosen this nut with the tool provided. Now that little nut piece can slide around a little dome on the mount which allows you to adjust the tilting angle. Try to keep it centered vertically (left/right tilt and rotation can all be adjusted afterwards and on the fly). If you move the nut piece up the dome, the monitor will be tilted up and if you put it lower on the dome the monitor will be tilted down. When the angle seems good, tighten the nut back up. I'll try to add a video. The installation of the monitor was actually easier than with another mount I have because you don't have to hold the monitor /TV in place while you screw it into the mount. Just attach the wall arm to the wall and the TV mount to the TV and then you can set them together with an easy little latch and it will stay in place while you add the last screws to keep them secure. I did it all by myself and I'm just an average woman.

Great mount thats easy to install!
I ordered this to mount a 42" TV. The VESA was the perfect size and connected to the TV very easily! The mounting instructions were pretty easy to follow and it came with more than enough bolts, screws and anchors for mounting it, as well as a bubble level! Most of the included screws I didn't use as I was able to bolt it directly into a stud and did not need the smaller bolts or anchors.Getting the mount up on the wall is as easy as finding a stud and drilling a three pilot holes, I then used a socket bit on my drill to drive the bolts through the set holes in the TV mount into the stud.Through that process, it was a one person job, but once it was up, putting the TV onto the mount was much easier with an extra set of hands. You have to rest the back of the TV mount part to the articulating mount base, at attach two smaller screws. This is where I had my wife hold the TV as I got the screws set.Once that was done, we adjusted the angle, tightened it down and watched some TV!I love how easily it moves and adjusts to different angles.

Great mount, and amazing for the price!
First of all, regardless of what others may sat, this DOES tilt. The instructions are pretty terrible and the wrench is useless. Before you hang the monitor bracket on the arm, if you loosen the 10mm bolt on the back with a socket wrench, the tilt can be easily adjusted when you tighten it back down with the included wrench (or a standard 10mm wrench) after hanging the TV/Monitor.As far as stability, these are just as strong as mounts that I've purchased that cost 3x as much. Don't rely on the tools that they provide you, you should have quality tools to install this (or any other) mount. The bolts that hold the mount to the stud are 13mm and a 1/4" standard socket wrench works just fine. The instructions say to use a 4mm drill bit which I didn't have available so I used a 3/16" bit to drill the pilot hole for the lag bolt and it worked out perfect.A couple of other key points that I found interesting in other reviews that I read. The included anchors are for mounting this bracket to brick, NOT DRYWALL. If you are installing these on drywall with wooden studs, make sure that the bolts go into the studs.Anyway, the installation was quick and easy. I had all 4 installed and adjusted in under an hour. They have held up perfectly without any issues at all since the installation. I'm using these for 4 fairly expensive 27" computer monitors and I wouldn't hesitate to buy this product again.

It's very sturdy, but...
It's very sturdy, but the lack of surface area means that you have to use the very big screws and stud anchors that come with them. For me, this was almost an issue and almost forced me to return the product entirely, because I ran into concrete behind the stud, so I had to cut some of the stud anchor for it to fit. Also, why make a screw with a hex head? Why not Phillips? It's just a little less convenient, especially when it comes to tightening it with the thin wrench that they give you. Well, at least it's not that expensive, and that's a plus. Almost had to give it a 3 star, though.

A good buy for TV Mount
Excellent product, well priced. Instructions in multiple languages are easy to follow. Take yourself through the entire process before mounting anything; it will facilitate the actual project.Check your TV before starting The one I bought didn't take standard Vesa screws (included with this kit), so I had to buy some M6 from Home Depot (available immediately whereas Amazon would ship a week later).Mount quality:Very GoodEase of installation:Medium

Excellent wall mount
I just got a Samsung Odyssey G7. I got an adapter for the monitor that would mate up with the wall mount but it is NOT needed. This adjusting wall mount screws right on to the back of the tv/monitor with the provided screws. All screws/washers/lugs are packaged well in a bubble sleeve. Also includes a little holder with an adhesive back that is says is for pens?, but honestly I put it on my elliptical and my tv remote goes in there and it’s perfect. Seriously an excellent mount at a great price
