Pao pao
Great big bag of tapioca flour that I use to make pao de quejo (Brazilian cheese balls) best value for money. Tastes superb when making them. Quality!

Excellent quality flour
We wanted to try to recreate some Brazilian cheese rolls we'd eaten on holiday, and also make bubble tea at home, so tapioca flour was needed! We couldn't find any in various supermarkets or whole food shops but Amazon had us sorted! It was a bit more expensive than we'd have liked but it's not a very commonly used ingredient in the UK so we understood why this was, and in any case the results were delicious!
