The size I ordered was an XL and being a woman that should be larger than a woman's XL. They just fit my 41" chest. At most these are a man's M/L. The material Cotton is nice and well made. Update: I thought I'd wear one for a while. Quite comfortable and product as described. I decided to keep them. I will mashine wash and hang to dry so they don't shrink.

Everything they say about these is true according to my husband he definitely purchased them whenever he needs them they last a long time they wash gray in the washer and the dryer very small amount of shrinking that does stretch out after wearing he gets a 2X and he is 6 foot 224 pounds
