Good Value and do the job. Been taking them for 12 months now and life is much more regular

Great value pack. Bought to help with issues while on keto. After a 4 or 5 days of taking these movement started getting back to normal.

Fantastic fibre pills. I take 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening with the first and last meal of the day roughly every 12 hours and they do the exact same job as Pure for Men at a fraction of price. The bottle lasts 3 months, so 1 year supply will cost around £60 instead of £300 for Pure for Men for the pretty much the same product. Will definitely buy again and will recommend to all who are looking for a cheaper alternative with the identical results.

Value-wise, this is excellent, you probably won't get better value anywhere else to be honest as the strength and amount of capsules is great for the price. I find them effective as I notice a difference between taking them and not. However I need to take 4-5 capsules per day to have any positive effect. This seems quite a lot which makes me wonder about the strength, but regardless it's still effective and good value.

This is my second purchase. It works a treat now I’ve got the knack of how to take them. I use to take 2 in the morning well before any meal but it did not always work. Now I take 2 caps during one meal and it works perfectly plus this way it’s boosting the fibre in my diet (you can never have enough), improving my gut health and I am happily regular! Win win!

Well worth taking

Been taking psyllium husk for the last month. No noticable benefits as yet but no side effects either. Capulses quite large but easy to take. Will contune using for the moment.

I think psyllium husk is an easy way to get more fibre in the diet and this brand is okay. One thing I don’t like is that it is supposed to have double the fibre content of my usual brand and as this supplement is quite expensive to take I thought I it would be a lot cheaper for me , but I don’t think that is correct because I used to take 8 capsules a day but still need to take six.

Ik gebruik het nu circa 6 weken en het werkt fantastisch. Ik poepte eerder harde bowlingballen en daar had ik last van. Sinds ik dit product gebruik is mijn ontlasting gewoon zacht smeuïg. Alleen even opletten bij het innemen van de capsules die iets groter dan gemiddeld zijn. Het is een Top product
