Great garden cart
So far been a useful tool for the homestead/ garden. I will note that filling it with gravel/ rocks that I had removed out of my garden when dumping did cause the rear/ lower side when dumping to flex. No cracks. But that did concern me a bit. I will probably just stick to using it for soil and sticks around. I do enjoy the ability to use with a garden tractor, but I feel it's not as robust as my trailer for the garden tractor. But as a garden utility cart it's wonderful. 5 stars for the value and ease of use!

13 Years of Abuse… and my Gorilla Won’t Quit
I’ve owned an earlier model of the Gorilla Cart for 13 years, and I’ve absolutely beaten the tar out of it. I’ve hauled more rocks than should reasonably fit in the tub, dragged it across every kind of terrain, overloaded it, and generally treated it like a piece of equipment that should have failed years ago. Yet somehow, it never did. No cracks in the plastic, no structural failures, and it still held water like the day I bought it. The only reason I finally replaced it is because I ran over it with my tractor two years ago and snapped a wheel. Even then, I slapped on the wrong-size replacements and kept using it for another two years. That’s how tough these things are. I just assembled my new Gorilla Cart, and I’m happy to say the build quality is still outstanding. The steel is solid, the plastic tub is that same nearly indestructible material, and the updated design is even better. The added height and proper wheel size make it noticeably easier to roll than my old “low-wheeled” version. This cart is an absolute workhorse. If you need something that will survive real use—not showroom use, but actual hauling, dumping, dragging, and abuse—this is the one. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Love this cart. Makes gardening so much easier
This cart has been a game changer when it comes to my garden. Small enough that I can easily pull it, big enough to hold everything I need. Dumping part works great releases easily. I find the handle stays up, so not a tripping hazard. Easy to hose out if needed. I can easily pick up if needed. Very durable as I have hauled a variety of things.

Easy to use, a little challenge to assemble, needs maintenance at times
***Another Edit*** OK. It's working again and I am pretty happy with it still. I should have done this in the first place but the swivel joint was SO stuck that I couldn't move it AT ALL, and I thought I would need a new part, which is why I tried to contact support. But I turned it over to get access to that joint and soaked it with WD-40 just to see what would happen, and it started turning again. I moved the wheels around and let the WD-40 work its way into the joint and so far so good. You can also loosen that joint up a little bit as well. If it happens again I think I will loosen it up a bit and put some grease in there which should also help. So if anyone is reading this with the same problem, now you have your answer. HOWEVER ... Customer Support NEVER answered my request after trying multiple times and waiting well past 30 days now. ****EDIT**** I WAS happy with the Gorilla cart until the swivel joint attached to the two front wheels FROZE for no apparent reason! It's supposed to be able to handle 1200 pounds. I only have used it for cleaning out a horse stall and moving supplies like wood shavings from the car to the barn. There is NO WAY I could have put more than 1200 pounds on it. There is also NO WAY that I could have physically harmed the cart. I am a very small person. But all of the sudden about 4 weeks ago the joint attached to the front wheels quit moving almost completely. For awhile if I put some pressure on it, it would move in one direction, but that only lasted about a week. Now it is COMPLETELY frozen and I can't get it to swivel at all. Which means the only way I can turn the cart around is by dragging it by the handle until it's turned, or, lift the front and turn it around, which makes it almost completely unusable. I've asked for customer support and have waited 25 days without a reply. I checked their website and right n the front page this is displayed: "Due to current record demand and global supply chain delays, we are currently experiencing higher than anticipated customer service volume and we are actively working to get caught up with additional resources and appreciate your patience." That doesn't help me very much at all. AND after having it only about 6 months some of the hardware ... bolts and nuts ... have begun to rust. I keep it in the barn and out of the weather! ***Original Review*** I put my cart together today. I have a barn with horses and have been using a wheelbarrow for YEARS and I am tired of the struggle. I am anticipating this cart will make my life easier like how easy it was to take a bag of wood chips out to the barn. And being able to attach it to the lawn tractor is a bonus. The assembly was a little bit of a challenge for me being only 5'1". The assembly requires putting in the washer and bolt on one side and another washer and bolt on the other side. No matter how hard I tried, I could not hold the bolt and washer in place on the inside while screwing on the nut and washer on the bottom. It got very frustrating. However, I had a "light bulb" moment. I got some very strong packing tape; I put all of the bolts and washers on the inside of the plastic base and covered them with the tape. I was then able to screw the nut on the other side without the bolt and washer falling out (you're welcome). Also, one of the holes for the cotter pins wasn't straight and the pin would not go through. So I got out the drill and used a bit just a little bigger than the hole and drilled through, and then the pin fit. It's not a problem for me, but it may be for some people. I really like the way the hardware was packaged. I am very happy with it so far. As mentioned before I am a small person and one surprise was the inertia this cart can have. With its weight and easy-rolling tires if you go down an incline it can build up a little speed. It's enough if I'm not careful it could knock me over! LOL! However, it can just as easily provide an advantage which I will explore as I learn to use it. So far it makes moving heavy loads SO much easier. UPDATE: Used it this morning for the first load of manure. It's AWESOME! SO easy to pull. SO easy to dump. And SO easy to put back in place with the swivel on the front tires. This thing is built like a brick ****house! I love my Gorilla Cart!

Strong, Easy to Use, and the Perfect Size for Everyday Projects
This has been a very useful tool and has made outdoor work much easier. I use it for a variety of tasks around the property, including moving yard materials, tools, and other heavier items. It handles weight well and rolls smoothly, which helps reduce the amount of lifting required. One of the best features is the dump function. It makes unloading much easier compared to a traditional cart or wheelbarrow. Instead of having to lift and tip everything manually, you can quickly release and empty the contents, which saves time and effort. I also have a larger version with a hitch attachment, so I’ve been able to compare the two. While the larger one is great for big projects, it requires more setup and isn’t always practical for everyday use. This smaller cart is much easier to maneuver and ready to go without needing to hook it up to anything. It works especially well for smaller to medium jobs, and even tasks like mixing soil, where having something more manageable makes a big difference. It really excels in being the right size—large enough to handle most jobs but still easy to work with on your own. The cart feels well built and durable. It holds up well with regular use and performs reliably for typical yard and outdoor tasks. It is also easy to maneuver, even when loaded, which makes it practical for everyday use. What I like: Makes moving heavy items much easier Convenient dump feature for quick unloading Durable and well-built construction Rolls smoothly and is easy to maneuver Reduces lifting and strain Excellent size for small to medium jobs Very versatile for different outdoor tasks Things to be aware of: Not intended for extremely heavy or industrial use Best used within normal load expectations Overall: This is a very practical and reliable cart that takes a lot of the effort out of yard work and outdoor projects. The size, maneuverability, and dump feature make it especially useful for everyday tasks, and it complements larger equipment rather than replacing it. It has been a great addition and a very worthwhile purchase.

Damaged handle
Update: I wish I could change the stars to a 5, but it won't let me do this!! The seller rectified the issue within a good timeline. I have had this several months and I can't rave enough about this wagon to everyone I meet. It has actually gone down $4 since I got it last year. The wagon is lightweight to pull even when it has a load in it. This was important to me. It has 0 degree turning which is amazing and the back lift is fantastic when I mix up dirt, back it up to the garden, easily lift the handle and dump the load. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this wagon!! I bought the 'no-flat wheels' separately and have them on hand if something happens to these air tires. This wagon is a good size and holds 2 large full garbage bags and tools which is awesome when I'm doing leaves or fixing up around the yard. I see my neighbour has the smaller one down the road, but it only makes me happier with my purchase of the bigger one. If there was one thing I wish was better would be what others have mentioned and this is with the backing up issue. I wish there was something that would allow the wagon to back up better without trial and error. This is a minor issue for me but I can see how this would be a bigger problem for people hooking it to a mower and wanting to back up with it- it won't do this! But, by hand, you can try and go back and forth till you get it where you want it. At least the zero degree turn helps getting out of those tricky places when using it by hand. I just put the gorilla cart 6.0 together. The instructions were clear and all the screws and bolts are labelled accordingly. It is possible for one person to put this together but 2 people makes the job easier. You’ll need a socket wrench and pliers. Pros: it’s bigger than I thought and it turns amazingly easy. It does hold a lot of weight. Not sure about the 1200 pounds, but I can comfort that it easily holds 3 bags of dirt. It pulls as easy as any other wagon. I wouldn’t say it’s easier to pull and of course it is heavier depending on the load. The dumping mechanism is a gem and it works with ease. Cons: it needs some sort of wheel locking mechanism. Even on the slightest unlevel ground, this cart will roll away. This cart was very expensive (more than twice as much) compared to the smaller 4.0 version. For the price I would expect every piece be in good working condition, which it doesn’t (see below). Reason I gave it a 2-star: I bought the larger cart specifically because of the “easy” rotating handle. However, our handle arrived damaged and won’t perform this function. I need this function!! I have attached a picture and video of the problem and contacted the seller asking them to send a replacement handle piece which I hope they can. I will update this review regarding sellers return msg. Update: seller quickly responded and I'm waiting for an update regarding remedy. Will continue to update and hopefully adjust my rating.

LOVE it!
A great product in every way. I have been using it for a year and I don’t know what I ever did without it. I’m getting too old to lug bags of soil through my garden and this does the job! I love that when I’m finished working for the day (and can barely move cause I never know when to quit) it carries all of my tools, weeds, cuttings etc back to the garage in one trip! As stated, the bin is plastic so I’m not foolish when loading it up, but it carries quite a bit of weight. It maneuvers like a dream, the wheels are sturdy and work well even in the mud and it dumps easily. My husband assembled it without too much swearing so it must have been easy enough. I Love everything about it!!

Excellent purchase for my home/diy use.
Very nice bit of kit! I was in the market for a wheel barrow to minimise damage rather than walking shovel by shovel with 2 tonnes of chippings across my lawn. Ended up going down a rabbit hole, I'm only a home user but I don't like buying 'cheap' and once I moved on from looking at cheap wheel barrows, some interesting carts hit the radar...after doing a little research I decided to give it a try. Wow, I'm glad I opted for the cart & this one specifically. I will admit the tray is a plastic rather than steel you'd get on a barrow, but I casually threw shovels of gravel into it no bother at all, but I imagine on a building site bricks/rubble being thrown in it as builders do there would be cause for concern, but as a home diy user & generally big bloke who has been known to break the unbreakable this is more than up to my needs. Pros of cart from my experience: Able to turn on the spot with no risk of falling over. Stable platform, can't be topled over by accident. 4 wheels spreads load, minimal damage to lawn. Big (air filled) rubber wheels monster trucks over obstacles nicely. No accidental tipping during transport. Rolls nicely with minimal arm fatigue when compared to lifting/wheeling/balancing a wheel barrow. Looks at home carting some trays of plants, holding some water buckets etc to wash the car on the weekend, or hauling mass loads of gravel. Cons: A more involved assembly process. Slightly more cumbersome to tip. Larger to store after the job. All in all, very pleased with this purchase and it's found itself being used in more mundane helpful tasks than a barrow would have been.
