Excellent product. Bought for use with a standing desk for back physio and to also help with adhd symptoms. Don’t be put off by the raised bumps they are soft and comfortable for bare feet/socks, great design and quality.

A good description of the use of this Swing Balance. I bought it, however, to help me purely with my balance. My walking and balance have been affected by hip operation and I do think this helps. It is quite heavy and unwieldy for my use, but good and solid.

If you have a standing desk, look no further. This is perfect. I am 1.6m and the medium is perfect. I would assume if you're tall you'll need the larger size. Build quality is really good. I had seen some reviews that indicated they'd had issues but mine is absolutely fine. Good sturdy quality.

after i pressed buy i immediately started getting buyers remorse and was planning on returning the item. i figured how much of an improvement can it be over just standing on the floor. once it arrived i was genuinely surprised. it quite solid and very functional. makes using a standing desk much more fun and engaging. its amazing value for money. i wouldnt pay any more than the listed price (at the time about 40GBP)

The design is great: the board is sturdy, well balanced, and nicely sized; the solid balance board is a great addition to a standing desk. However, the finishing is rather poor. Straight out of the box the sides were already scratched, the cover underneath the board has clearly visible glue lines all around, and part of the glue was already letting loose. Doesn't affect the functionality, but I had hoped for more at this price..

This balance board both wibbles and wobbles. I stand on it at my standing desk. Supposed to do something miraculous for me. Can’t remember what. But it does stop me nodding off in dull zoom calls. nicely made.

Brilliant! Standing at my desk is more fun. My feet don’t hurt so much and my core is getting a workout.
