I know these capsules - or any other capsules for that matter - are not miraculous and require time to work, but I didn’t expect these amazing effects on my appetite. I'm not really sure if these are doing anything. Have been taking for about 3-4 weeks. Haven't lost any weight but then again haven't put any on either, even over christmas so they may have helped. I am going to continue to take them due to the quality and combination of ingredients.

I have tried to take these after using the gummies I find these hurt my stomach and me me feel sick I won't be using these agian. I'm still bloated trying theseThey might work for other but for myself I can't take theses agian

These are brilliant i started taking them for my stomach pains when i needed to go to the toilet i was in agony all the time double over and these have helped me massivly and help with bloating i feel more energetic too and my partner has started taking them for fatigue and they have helped him also and going from not sleeping well to now sleeping better. I have purchased a bottle for him now and we will both continue to take these would highly recomend there easy to take just 2 tablets a day, i have tried other products but these are the best by far and cheaper too so i was very sceptical. I will be making a subscription for these on my own next purchase

This is the only product with a claim of “raw, unfiltered with the mother” on the label. I’ve learned from years of working in the health industry that if it’s not written on the label, it’s not true. I’ve had enough with gummies. It’s impossible to lose weight with that much glucose and sugar in gummies. If you taste sugar, you would want more. It’s addictive. I’m overweight and my knees were painfully cracking under pressure. I couldn’t help eating, nervous eating, I guess, emotional eating. For my intermittent fasting, I have finally managed not to eat after 5pm and no hunger pangs till noon the following day! For this alone, I would give it 5 stars! This product is so innovative and wholesome it combines a complete range of healthy botanicals and much-needed vitamins. I only take these with omega 3 and I’m sorted. My complexion is glowing and there is now a certain degree of comfort in my knees.

Using as part of my weight loss regime - love the product - it’s a little costly compared to others hence the 4 rather than 5 star rating.
