Life saver for sacrum tilt and SI joint dysfunction!
This is LEGIT the ONLY thing that realigns my sacrum besides a chiropractor! I have been dealing with SI joint issues, sciatica, anterior pelvic tilt, due to tight hip flexors for almost a year. Weekly chiropractor visits for the last three months. PT hasn’t been the answer for me. This is helping me while I switch gears and focus on opening up my hips! Totally worth it! Instead of paying 80 bucks a week for adjustments, just buy this miracle of a device!

WOW!!
I have had moderate to severe problems with my SI joint for well over the past few years. I tried doing exercises at home to no avail. I eventually went to PT with minimal improvement and lots of co-pays After doing research, I came across this pelvic clock. Research articles supported the exercises as well as this device. The reviews were also great. I know the device is expensive, but it is well worth it. The first day, I did 3 sets of all the exercises in the product brochure. I thought that maybe I was a bit better. The following morning, I thought I had better mobility In my SI joint and perhaps a little less pain. I continued to do the exercises, 3 sets of 10-15 reps. By day 3, wow!! Minimal pain and increased mobility! I could feel a difference going up and down the stairs and no pain rolling over in bed. I have been able to move better while working out at the gym. I can do more activity with less pain. I am not pain free…yet, but I am so much better! I was very hesitant to purchase this device because of the cost. I truly regret waiting so long to purchase the device! I highly recommend this! Finally, something that is giving me positive results!!

It works great (on me) for a slightly different use
It does not help me perform pelvic tilts any easier than on my own (with no equipment), but it is wonderful for laying on it as a deep pressure stretch. Contracting the abdominal muscles and slowly raising, then lowering, one leg at a time while this is positioned under my sacrum helps immensely with sciatic pain. Only after my lower back has loosened up, I lay on it and perform 'around the world'/hula-hop type motion with my hips to further loosen up my back.

I didn't want to be old yet and so I tried this
UPDATE 4/4/21 It's been over a year since I started my physical rehabilitation. I've come a long way. I've learned a lot. And I'm in better physical shape than at any other point in my life. I've still got some residual pains; some days I have aches, but most days I'm (almost literally) bouncing about like a roo. I sleep better, I have more energy, I feel better mentally. Most of that was just getting my core into shape. And the Pelvic Clock was a huge part of that, particularly early on when I was in the worst of my troubles. These days, I honestly don't use it that much. As other have pointed out: you don't need this to do pelvic clock exercises. This is only useful, really, for people with injuries and weakness: this helps support and guide your pelvis as you work at activating and using all those muscles that have probably atrophied. I can't recommend this enough for anyone who wants to improve or even maintain pelvic mobility and core strength, but has difficulty with the exercises. I especially recommend this for people on their own journeys of physical rehabilitation. For almost the first year of mine, I did most of my rehab on the floor, doing simple exercises, the Pelvic Clock being one them. (I binged all of ST:TNG, DSN, and most of Voyager in the process, which probably kept me on the floor longer than I needed to be!) For perspective, though, I should point out that I'm 41 now. That my weight has fluctuated over the years between rail-thin and a bit chubby – never ever really being in great shape, or at least actively and regularly maintaining it. By my mid-30s, I had let myself go. And then I had the souvenir hernia from my ancient appendectomy fixed and that became a bowel re-sectioning that gutted me pretty good. I was in bad shape and I never fully recovered. Until now. (But don't think it hasn't been a heck of a struggle to get here, even with the Pelvic Clock.) ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW (2/14/20) Yes, it's an expensive chunk of what looks like plastic (I think it's actually a really high grade polyurethane), but ask yourself: "how much did I spend on my last chiropractor or massage visit?" Because if you use this correctly and routinely, you will feel the difference no number of chiropractic visits or massages could offer. It takes a while -- it may be awkward at first -- weeks and weeks and weeks, even -- but as you start to loosen up and work all those muscles that are normally on DEFCON 1 to protect your out-of-shape-blob, you'll feel where once was pain, the rewarding burn of muscle! May not cure you, but core strength, to which this will also help you develop, will never do you wrong. Between this and a couple other core exercises, a foam roller to loosen tightness, uses of ice and heat packs, and simply pushing myself to walk every day, I have turned around what I could have just as well let rot me away for the rest of my life. I started with lower back pain and sciatica. A few months on, I have a fraction of the back pain (and it still seems to be getting better every day!) and the sciatica is lessening in severity, too.

good for mobilizing the sacrum
This was a good tool for mobilizing the sacrum. It is awkward to get settled on in. Though expensive, it is sturdy and help you to open up the lower lumbar and sacral areas, for me it did not illuminate the pain as I think my condition was complicated but the idea of mobilizing in all directions is a very good one.

Wow!! It really works!
Ok I’ve been installing carpet for 25 years. My hip pelvis and back were hurting to the point I had to switch to repairing carpet. I don’t have insurance so I never got a real in-depth Diagnosis. I was told I had si joint dysfunction. I looked at this product periodically for months before pulling the trigger. I saw everyone saying in reviews it worked for them but thought it wouldn’t work me. It was very hard for me to pay the money they were asking. I’m so glad I did!!! I used this for maybe seven mins a day for a week. If you get this be patient, if your like me and haven’t used these muscles ever lol. It took me a few very frustrating secessions to make sure I wasn’t using my legs. Stick with it and you will get it. Before I could only stand for literally three mins or sit in car for about twenty five and my pain was so intense it could bring an involuntary tear to my eye. After twenty five mins in a car I looked like a question mark lol. (? All bent over) Now I’m about three months in and I only use it once a week when the pain starts to return. The pain is almost totally gone and if I used it more I’m sure it would be , but because of the absence of pain.. I forget too lol.. It’s absolutely amazing what this lil thing did!! I’m very grateful and hope my experience can help fellow carpet layers or anyone who’s thinking of buying this. I’m def no doctor and don’t know why exactly this worked for me but I just know it did! The pain I had was deep in my hip inside and out. It would radiate down outside of leg to my knee. Also had bad pain lower back all on my right side. I don’t know if this will work for you but if you are in the pain I was I hope you find a solution it is not easy being in that pain.

Difficult to use because of how high it raises your pelvis off floor
I haven't given up on this product yet and will revise my low score review if I develop the ability to use it better, but for now I am finding it pretty much useless. Because the device raises your pelvis 2"+ over the floor performing rocking motions are unnatural. In videos you'll note the demonstrator performing the exercises is on a slick hard floor so he can slide his shoulders. You shouldn't have to slide your shoulders across the floor in order to perform pelvic rocking exercises, but this device is so tall you have to shoulder slide to manage the range of motion.

Life Changing
I couldn’t recommend this product enough for someone with Lumbar issues. To those who say it didn’t work for them, that’s because you have to actually use it and do the exercises on a regular basis - it doesn’t work through osmosis. I’ve had excruciating back issues for years that make simply putting on socks and shoes unbearable and I felt like a 90 year old man from the loss of mobility. I finally got an MRI that revealed my L1 - L5 had protrusions, bulging discs, degenerative disease, spinal stenosis, and arthritis. My physician gave me condolences for the bad results as if I had stage 4 cancer and referred me to a neurosurgeon for major surgery. I asked him for a prescription for physical therapy instead and went to see a therapist I know who said he could help. My first day of therapy, they showed me the 12 to 6 pelvic exercise (just like with the pelvic clock) and that convinced me to purchase the pelvic clock which I came across while searching for exercises that supposedly could help with my issues. I started using it aggressively and very quickly I felt a difference. It’s not a one and done, you have to actually use it on a regular basis! I use it every day, sometimes a couple times a day for 15-20 minutes. THIS IS LIFE CHANGING! Three weeks of everyday usage in tandem with PT twice a week has already changed everything! Surgery will not be necessary, just continuing to use the pelvic clock daily after PT is concluded is all that’s needed. I just golfed 2 days in a row with no back issues, whereas I could only golf once a week prior, with major stiffness, pain, and agony for the next week as the price to be paid for such activity. I have referred several friends to the pelvic clock, one of whom was having major back spasms preventing him from golfing and he just told me he is using it 3 times a day, and it’s the best thing since sliced bread. I even showed it to my physical therapist and he said he is going to buy several for his practice! Buy it, use it daily, ice your back from time to time, it will change your life. Now, when I bend over to tie my shoes, I let out a painful grunt out of habit, but actually no longer have the pain and it doesn’t take 2 minutes to stand back up after bending over! Can’t recommend this device enough and completely dispute any inferences by lazy people that it doesn’t work - you just have to actually use it!
