I've used this for many months and they seem to work. I'm not up all night using the bathroom so I give these capsules credit. No side effects that I can tell.

I really like this product. I was mainly looking for a saw palmetto product but really like all of the other benefits of this priduct as well. The ingredients mainly come from extracts which was the main reason I tried it. The ashwaganda root and shilajit seem to come through in the energy I recieve from the product as well. (I tend not to take it too late at night before bed since it may be a reason I am so alert and awake following taking it.) When I researched a few of the other more expensive products I feel like this one really holds it value and I will be purchasing again once I run out.

I been using this product about a year and it seems to work for me. It has decrease the times I get up to use the bathroom at night. Great product.

This is supposed to really help hair growth however I couldn’t take it long enough to really see any difference because it was very harsh on my stomach. Even when taken with food.

Works great, just takes a little time.
