They are great, it said I only needed one..? But the two of them each with their own little glass level.

Havent installed yet but good instructions/ parts ... fairly easy to put together. Peace of mind with double brackets! I like it!

This is the one to buy. Follow instructions and you will have a secure fit. I have purchased others. They kept slipping from the wall.

It worked amazing. The instructions say to use more spacers where it’s drilled to the window sill but I didn’t and it works just fine. Comes with a good quality magnetic level to make adjusting super easy. My only complaint is that every single piece had to be put together so literally nothing is pre-assembled. Only took me about 30 min to screw everything together and another 10 to mount to the wall. And the quality is amazing as well. 9.5/10

I have two small ACs, so I used one bracket per AC. Setting up the bracket on an outside sill was a breeze, and only took me maybe 5-10min. (Highly recommend if you have an outside sill!) However...Setting up on an inside sill was a huge pain! Physically easy, but mentally exhausting! The worst part was trying to figure put the proper angle and lengths to make it all level. (Overall took almost an hour! All trial and error and redoing.)Now that I have it all set and now the placements, it works perfectly. At the end of summer, I plan to remove them from the window sill, but keep them built so I don't have to do all that work again next year! Overall, if you don't mind a little effort and frustration, it's worth the buy!

Metal pieces are not sturdy and some parts you need to have socket wrench and other parts need screw driver. You will need different type of tools - socket wrench sets and screw driver. Very difficult to understand instructions. No tools are included in package. Screws and bolts are not stay tight.

Did not use this to install in a window ... Used it in a cabinet as a support in my micro camper for the AC. VERY strong until ... Does not move even when going down a bumpy road. Made my life alot easier not having to build one. The level tubs kept popping out but that was a easy fix with some super glue. There is alot of adjustment on the brakcets.
