I love this Taiwanese ramen...I love the taste of the sauce...and I wish I could buy just the sauce packets...although the noodles are delicious also. The noodles have a different texture,...it softer..sigh ---I think this may be an acquired taste...but if you have grown up Asian, and are used to the taste of blackbeans... it is very very addictive...very delicious..I add an egg while the noodles are cooking, and also some chopped cilantro and green onion...delicious!!

I thought it is total of 25 packs of instant noodle. This is price gouging. And, I only receives 5 packs.

This is one of my favorite instant noodles that I always bring back from Taiwan. The other being beef stew with the meat but US immigration no longer (or ever) allows that. Boil the noodles with the silver soup packet, drain the noodles (can keep the soup - I usually toss it), and mixed the drained noodles with the sauce packet. I like to add some bean sprouts and other veggies to the noodle. Delicious!
