Honestly can’t sleep without it!!
I drink this tea every night as part of my nightly routine, and I have a hard time falling asleep without it. It doesn’t knock you out or anything, but I can feel myself start to naturally get tired 30 mins-1 hr after drinking it. I usually have a really hard time falling asleep (45 mins -1 hour after closing my eyes), but with this tea, I can fall asleep after 5-10 mins of closing my eyes.It tastes fabulous with the little bit of mint, and I love that the tiredness feels really natural. I’m so happy that I can buy in bulk from Amazon! 100% recommend for anyone needing a little help falling asleep at night!

Great product, really helps with sleep
This is a wonderful product to help with sleep. I purchase it for my wife’s insomnia and it definitely helps her sleep. The aroma is light and the flavor is wonderful. A great value. Very hard to find at the store so thank you Amazon!!
