What are the ingredients? Any petroleum, synthetics?

I mean no harm to this company. Here is a summary of info from their safety data sheet:

• It is water based with 18% proprietary ingredients. 
• It has a Hazardous Material Rating of 3 out of 4 (HIGH risk to human health). 
• Can cause “serious eye damage” and is an irritant to skin. It has a corrosive effect on mucous membranes (like the eye). 
• Should not be inhaled. 
• Wash hands after use. 
• Do not pour down the drain. 
• A chemical safety assessment has not been carried out for this product.

Please give this comment a thumbs-up, because when you search for “natural” rubber conditioner, Amazon irresponsibly recommends this product.

how many tires does a container protect? 
how often do you need to use it? (I live in southern California - so lots of sun).

It takes about 1 ounce per tire so a 16 ounce bottle will do about 16 tires. If you use it as we recommend and you thoroughly clean the tire prior to applying the Rubber Care and then dry the tire after the Rubber Care has soaked in, it will last for months; especially if you don't use any strong detergents to remove it. We recommend you keep the tire clean with Wash Wax ALL (blue)

Is this stuff slippery? Thinking about using it to clean my all weather car floor liners but don't want the floor under the pedals to be slippery

The product is not oily.  That is why I like it; it doesn't attract dirt/dust.  However, for safety sake, I would not use it on a driver-side floor mat.  Just about every dressing would make a floor mat a little slippery.  I used cleaners on mats before and I my feet slipped on them every time.  Not good...

Question 4

Looking for a tire shine that dust will not stick to. I'm on a 2/10 mile long  gravel road. Driving real slow.

Aero Cosmetics is not at all shiny but that is probably why my care tires stay clean for a long time. I prefer super matte sheen anyway. The tires look new without looking like they were sprayed with high gloss paint.
