Message the seller explain what happened in detail and they will probably return your money and give you a new jar

I don't know if Smuckers offers an apple jelly without high fructose corn syrup or not-however, this is not a tasty jelly. Unless you really like mild.

Why can't you ship to hawaii?

The answer to you question remains unclear because the "Buy Box Seller" makes it clear they don't ship to Hawaii. I do not understand or know why these other sellers have issues sending to Hawaii. We will send you items from CA to HI, NO PROBLEM. No extra costs or hidden costs. A lot of these sellers may be drop shippers, meaning they don't have the items on hand, but that is just a theory. You should not incur any restrictions by the US Postal Service for boxes of 12inx12inx10in or less for items like this. Most of these "restrictions or fees" usually are for people who sell furniture or truck-able furniture, therefore, shipping becomes very difficult. But for a precise answer for the seller telling you they won't ship to HI, I'd like to know the answer to that as well. But you want it, we got it. We will ship to you.

Why is it so hard to find apple jelly?

We have 3 major grocery stores in my area but none of them have apple jelly. I can't believe I have to order apple jelly on Amazon to get my fix! It had been so long since I had it, I didn't know if the taste would be the same. Thank goodness, Smucker's tastes just like I remember it.

I love Smuckers jams and jellies

This was a nice change from grape. It’s great on toast. It’s also is good in a peanut butter sandwich. It can be used as a glaze on baked chicken too. The Apple flavor isn’t overwhelming. It’s yummy.

Two apple jelly jars were broken in shipment. Would like a replacement or refund.

Shipment box was delivered in pretty bad shape. Coffee box was crushed, but coffee pods were ok.

Waste of money, broken or deals broken

The packaging was horrible for this two pack. Two jars were bubble wrapped and broken (picture). The other two were just taped together and not broken. I went to use them and one lid fell off. The other one had the seal broken (lid indent was raised). Couldn’t use any of them and can’t replace/return them.

Needed it for a recipe

I needed apple jelly for a Christmas Meatball recipe. Literally NO ONE in the Metro Detroit area had, or even carries Apple Jelly. Popped on here and had it within 3 days. The recipe won’t work with anything else, and they turned out great!

Item were broke around rim and seal broken

I ordered 2 apple jelly and one of the jars was open already and leaked onto the other one. When I try to return it, it said I couldn’t return the item. So I’m out the jelly and money?? Doesn’t seam right to me!
