I’d heard all the hype about wagyu and finally gave it a shot—and yeah, it lives up to it. The texture was crazy soft, and the flavor had this rich, almost buttery thing going on. Totally different from regular steak.Cooked it simply, didn’t overthink it, and it came out awesome. Definitely something I’ll be coming back for more
