How soon do these start working? I've been in them a month and no noticeable changes

My body responded to this probiotic within 1 week. I now will not go without it. This may not be the right probiotic for you. I tried 3 different probiotics before finding Sports Research. It’s unfortunate you aren’t seeing change. I take mine at night with a full glass of water with a couple other bedtime medicines. Possibly change when you take? The company does offer a full money back guarantee. A very reputable company. Good luck!
