Torn Between Great Taste & Experation Date Concerns.
I just got these pita crisps today, my boyfriend told me about them as they are a favorite of his. I have a Hot and Spicy Cheez- It habit. He felt these were healthier. I am really torn over how many stars to give them. Why? They have a five star flavor which I love. Even though at 180mgs of sodium for 11 chips they aren't to far away from Cheez-It at 280 for 25 crackers as far as the sodium content (which I have never ate that many. Yes I count)Why I am not happier with this product is the expiration date 12/28/14 & today is 9/4/14. That is a bit short dated when your talking 12 boxes of crisps. I hope that they will stay good and I can get them used up or instead of saving money I will lose money so that is why I would say they are a 4 1/2 star product. I would add that I would recommend Kashi Zesty Pita CrispsFor the great flavor.Update 1/13/15I was able to use them up during the holidays. So I didn't end up losing any money on this purchase and they were a hit. I would order again.

Delicious Crackers
I love these crackers. They have a great flavor. I dip them in olive hummus for a healthy snack. Since the crackers have a mild flavor it works perfectly with the flavor of the hummus. They are completely healthy made with ingredients that a consumer can identify. The shipping of the crackers and the price was great. The only thing is that I ordered 12 boxes of crackers and they were due to expire in 2 weeks. That is alot of crackers to eat in two weeks time. I had planned to have a large supply of them because I can't find them where I live. They still taste good and won't harm you if you eat them after the expiration date. I have done it before. I just wanted the company that shipped them to know so that they might ship the crackers with a longer expiration date next time.

A little heavy on the salt, but whole grain and delicious
The pita chips we had been buying at our local supermarket where nice tasting but not whole grain. So I looked on Amazon for whole grain chips. I like Kashi, saw these, and decided to give them a chance.I am very pleased. Wonderful taste, perfect texture and thickness. They are crisp and light. Great by themselves or with cheese or hummus. I think they have too much salt, especially for Kashi. It is just a little too heavy handed. But not enough to keep these from getting an overall 5.Just take all the other chips in your house, donate them, have one last binge, whatever. After you get rid of them just get these. Your tastebuds will thank you, your doctor will thank you.

Great crackers
These are fantastic crackers! Kashi makes a great product in general and these crackers are no exception. Very cheesy tasting without being overly salted. The only downside was that this case appears to have been hit by a truck. We're about halfway through the case and each box has had more broken crackers than whole ones. Still taste good, but it would be nice to have a box that didn't look like it came from the bottom of the barrel.

Tasty
A tasty cracker that I like to munch on at work. It has that whole grain mush taste going on where you can feel the grains separate in your mouth so if you don't like that then stay away. A hint of asiago gives this a mild taste overall. The package came wrapped together and the crackers themselves were in pretty good shape, not a lot of broken ones.

Arrived stale-tasting and nearly expired.
Love these crackers, so when my local supermarket stopped stocking them and I exhausted options to get other area stores to carry them, I turned to Amazon. Had to order a case of 12. Mine arrived with "best if used before" date that was only 6 weeks in the future. Similar products (including other flavors of Kashi crackers that I can still buy locally) always have a "best before" date that is AT LEAST 6 months and most often a year or more from the date of purchase, meaning that this case of crackers has been sitting around somewhere for at least a year since manufacture. Perhaps that explains why they tasted like cardboard, either that or these are the "new formulation" that other reviewers mentioned. Either way, these were not the crackers I was accustomed to buying. Amazon kindly refunded my money and rightfully did not ask for a return of the merchandise itself. My experience could have been an anomaly, but I will not chance another purchase of these crackers through non standard distribution channels. So beware the possibility that Kashi is using Amazon to unload old product.

Tastes so good, they're addictive
They do taste so good as to be addictive.Ingredient wise: They are NOT 'whole' grain. The first listing is 'regular' flour. But, as far as crackers go, these still rate quite well in terms of healthful ingredients. Sodium level {while still high to me} is acceptable. And, when purchased through Amazon, the price is very 'right.'

eat fast
Great tasting, great price. The delivery had only about 7 months before expiration, so I have to eat them quickly.
