Percy Jackson Graphic Novels Books 1-5 Collection Set: The Lightning Thief, Sea of Monsters, Titan's Curse, Battle of the Labyrinth, The Last Olympian

My son already loves this series. He’s 9. This is his first “bigger” series of books after “the last kids on earth”. He’s really enjoying it. We love that you get the whole set and it fits in its own box to stay together and not loose books to get lost.

OMG IF YOU HAVE SEEN THE SERIES YOU NEED TO READ THESE! My son ABSOLUTELY LOVES these books! I got them for him since he liked the series on tv and I don’t regret it they’re more difficult to read so they last longer but they’re amazing just like the show! They did not disappoint! I recommend reading them I hate reading myself and I loved these!

Was a Christmas gift for granddaughter and she loves it

My 11 year old grandson loves these books and, bonus, it has inspired in him an interest in Greek myth and culture.

My son enjoys this series, and asked me to read the books too. I see why he likes them, but as I’ve been reading, I noticed alternate word spellings. I realized that this specific set was published in the UK. Why does this matter? Because curb is spelled “kerb, tire is spelled “tyre”, meter is spelled “metre”, etc. It doesn’t bother my son, but I wanted to figure out why. There is another version without traditional British spellings. Just an fyi to buyers.

Great collection the kids especially love it and I grew up with the series so it’s been a fun bonding moment as they get excited to read the comic version of Percy Jackson

It's just the perfect edition, considering the case still fits even when the books are less compact after you've read them all.

These are great! If you're still allowed to read to your kid, or your kid devours books, these are a fun series. The premise of "Greek Gods in America" is a little weird, but whatever, just go with it. And then introduce them to the idea that the books are always better than the movies. While not critical, reading "Percy Jackson's Greek Gods" beforehand will make reading this series even more interesting because you'll know who all these gods are and delight when each makes its appearance in the stories. The teen irreverence is a fun style. We're still not quite beyond conventional gender roles, but I think these pass the Bechdel test...although it's close. Still, worth it if it gets your kid into reading.
