My review might be a little different because I didn't buy this for its intended purpose. I have a patellar tracking disorder, which basically means my knee cap is off to the side a bit so it can grind when bent and wear down my cartilage. My doctor just gave me a brace that keeps my knee cap in place while I'm doing PT, but it was itchy as hell, so I needed to find something to wear underneath. I had compression sleeves already, but none of them were long enough and the more comfortable cotton ones were too thick to fit underneath the brace anyway. Searching Amazon, I found these. I wasn't sure if it was going to work since they're actually for kids, but I'm short enough to be kid height. Measuring my thigh, I was worried the XL might still be too small for me because I have athletic thighs, but it wasn't at all. In fact, it's a little bit loose in the middle. If I wanted this for compression, this wouldn't be it. Fits fine in the top and bottom, but is a little loose throughout. However, it is absolutely perfect underneath this brace. I've ordered a pair in a more funky pattern so I can switch it up.One note on washing. It came with no instructions so I contacted the company. They suggested hand washing.

This was purchased to wear under a brace that is needed due to ACL replacement surgery. The brace causes irritation/itching and this sleeveperfectly solved the issue. I should have purchased more than one! It is wonderful!

Update- I've been trying this again as a comfort sleeve, and seems to be working for that purpose now, where originally it allowed my ROM brace to slip. I'm not sure if washing it made a difference or if I didn't have my brace strapped on tight enough that first time, but really does make it more comfortable to wear and have ordered a second one for my other leg. The price increased by $1 since my last order.For its intended use, it is a quality sleeve, the sizing chart was spot on for the X-Large, and it helps keep my leg cool. But, unlike other reviewers who stated they bought this as a comfort sleeve for their knee brace, both an ACE neoprene sleeve and my NEO G ROM brace with silicone anti-slip inserts, slips down out of place in a very short amount of time when worn over this sleeve. It definitely makes wearing a brace more comfortable, and the sleeve itself stays in place well. I may try it on my other leg by itself since my right knee has a lesser version of the same problem as my left. I would say in comparison that I prefer this sleeve over a Copper Fit that I quit wearing that would slip out of place despite being the same size. This also does not feel like it is too much compression, and very comfortable. I'm giving 5 stars since it is not advertised for use as a brace comfort sleeve which it failed at in my case with the neoprene and silicone unable to grip the fabric as well as they do on bare skin. Otherwise I can recommend for its intended use.

Like the construction and the protection - has held up well with weekly use for about 8 months. I wear this under my knee brace. Only complaint is that the sizing is way off. My height and weight (6'2" 200) suggested I get an XL but my leg is swimming in it. Fortunately, the knee brace straps hold it in place but if I were wearing it alone, it would be down near my ankles in about a minute. Unless you have huge thighs, I'd go one size smaller than recommended.

I purchased this product to use as an under sleeve for an osteoarthritis unloading knee brace to prevent chafing. I've tried other products specifically designed for this function, however, the COOLOMG has out performed the others.I live in Florida where the heat & humidity makes wearing a brace problematic, but the COOLOMG has remained in place and the material doesn't cause overheating.

On January 23, 2020 I had a complete knee replacement and was told to wearing leg compression to help with the swelling. These have help me so much and are so comfortable.I will definitely buy these again to wear underneath my uniform while I’m working.

Purchased 2 of these for my son for football. For reference he is 5'10" and 135lbs and size medium fit him perfectly with a little snugness to them. They were long enough for what he needed and he was very pleased with them. They stay in place well and aren't too tight or too loose. I wasn't sure if I had ordered the correct size, but these were exactly what he needed and they are stretchy so they have some give with flexibility for weight and height. Very pleased with them so far and plan on ordering them in a different color.

These have silicone at the top to hold them up... I ordered a pair and they came with silicone tops that were different color, the white top worked fine but the one with black colored silicone was way too tight and irritates my skin and very unsatisfied with that one, so much so that I don't ever use them anyore....

Sort of useful if you're stationary. Once you do any sort of movement it slips down your leg. The band at the top isn't as thick as it probably should be and is also somewhat scratchy. Once you even switch to a brisk walk it slips down to below the knee. A shame, as I when you aren't moving it provides the warmth without sweatiness to help.

Medium fitted everywhere but the thigh, very tight, as in cut off circulation tight ! If you are bigger than a size 10 avoid. £6.99 to return a joke !Arrived on time, package small enough to go thru letterbox if you're not in during office hours

Fab, exactly what I was looking for. Medium was a little loose for the compression I was after and I have strong calves however it still gives light compression and is a great length and fab quality.

Good quality and does what it promises. For me personally I would of preferred more support and thicker material but each to his own.

Love it exactly what i was looking for as i have arthritis in my knee it gives me perfect support without being too tight
