Blurring Face Primer

I use this under my eyes and on pores next to nose and it really blurs nice before I apply concealer and tinted moisturizer. It’s not heavy and it feels soft. Smoothes out wrinkles and helps keep makeup fresh longer.

I originally ordered this "Age Perfect Face Bluring Primer" product for myself. In January I spent 2 weeks with my sister in IN, and told her about it. She felt my face and was very impressed, as well. Needless to say, I got her a tube to try. After 1 week, she wanted me to keep ordering it for her, too! We both love the way our faces feel. As for the blurring... I can't say it does or doesn't work. I still saw my fine lines after using it, but my face looked brighter and healthy, not dry, like it was looking before using. It's worth it just for that reason, and Judy agreed. 😁. This tube was her 2nd order! Our skin looks healthier and younger in texture.👍 I suggest you try it for yourself. 😁. This primer is near perfection! Firstly, don’t let the serum aspect get you too excited. There’s five different kinds of dimethicone before any of the skin care ingredients. The skin care ingredients are there just for advertising. Otherwise it does what it says as far as visible blurring of lines, pores and wrinkles. It does have some grip to it. I noticed my cream concealers stick on more stiffly than my other primers. The rosy tint gives some color, probably more noticeable if you’re sallow or looking a little tired. There’s not enough pigment to be considered a color corrector but it gives some life to the skin. It’d be a perfect primer if it had more substantial skin care ingredients like Hyaluronic Acid or Niacinimide. But if you’re looking for an old school dimethicone heavy primer, this is for you.

I absolutely love this primer. I have tremors that make intricate makeup too difficult, so I just use this, a little blush, and lip gloss. This rosy shade of the L’Oréal age perfect primer is geared perfectly toward women my age (50). It gives my skin a beautiful, healthy glow and feels almost like a very fine velvet to touch. Blurs pores beyond well yet somehow is also super lightweight, which is nice! Application is so easy, I just use my hands so no brushes needed. I have noticed in the summer I need a touch-up around 2 PM (after 6–7 of my busiest hours). However, I don't need to touch up again unless I'm going out at night, in which case I redo my makeup anyway, so that's not an issue. Highly recommend!

I was really hoping for great things from this primer, but was disappointed. I guess it works about as well as any other under-foundation primer, but it did not "blur" my fine lines and wrinkles. Because of the tint, it looks like it is "blurring" as you apply it, but when comparing one half of my face with the primer to the other bare half, there was no difference. Also, the tint really doesn't even out skin tones unless maybe you used a lot of it. I purchased this twice. The first time, there was a squirt of clear liquid before the usable primer dispensed. I thought maybe I got a bad batch, so I purchased it again. So far, the second tube is not squirting the clear liquid, but it does not hide lines and wrinkles any better than the other.

I love this stuff. I just wish it came in a larger size. It applies so smoothly and feels amazing. My skin feels so soft and silky. Even after I apply powder foundation, concealer, contouring and setting powder, it still feels great. It also does a great job at evening out my skin tone. I have some splotchy spots and some redness. It makes it all look even. It blurs out the pores and improves the look of fine lilnes. Like I said, I love this stuff!

I'm cruising up onto 70 -- I have no idea where the years went. I've been using L'Oreal wrinkle creams since I was in my mid-40s. And I use L'Oreal foundations (now the Age Perfect one) and used the Miracle Blur until it was discontinued). I switched to the Age Perfect Blurring Primer and I do like this product. I have good genes as well as good products -- people guess my age as in my 50s. The Blurring primer helps reduce the look of lines and some small scars that I have from windshield glass in a collision. It helps to use a thin layer of primer over areas without any deeper damage and then a slightly heavier layer over problem areas, working it into any depressions. Then a frosting overall with the foundation, a little eye shadow, and I'm good for all day (12-16 hours). It is a little hard to wash off due to the silkiness. I use the sensitive skin Sea Breeze to remove all of my makeup then into the shower for soap and a light exfoliating scrub and a final soap wash. Then into one of my husband's old 3x tees and put in my mouth guard and I, singlehandedly bring sexy back. This is a great product line at a good price and has kept me from scaring the cats for several years.

Like it leaves skin smooth and does buffer fine lines.

This delicately pink face primer is all I need on my skin to feel beautifully presentable. I have used this for several years whenever I was able to find it; glad Amazon had it now. It evens out skin tone and has a smooth matte finish that looks better than wearing layers of makeup.

Light to wear. Doesn’t emphasize wrinkles. Perfect color and stays on. Even my beautician loves the look.

Perfect Primer for my mature age skin before I apply L'Oréal Age Perfect tinted Serum. A little goes a long way. As you age you need to update your skincare and make-up products. I'm 68 so I thought it was about time. This product did not disappoint.
