Hoffman Aves Boy's BMX Bike Blue, 20" Wheel

Nice bike. After I assembled the bike, I noticed the headset was very loose. I called the customer support phone number included in the bike's manual. The representative unapologetically said the headsets are compressed at the factory and that the bike would have to be returned to Amazon. I started to initiate the return while not looking forward to taking the bike back apart. I decided to search for some videos on tightening headsets. Youtube videos helped me fix the problem that the customer service rep said that could not be fixed. Otherwise, it's a really nice bike.

Great quality BMX bike for the price. Standard design parts that can easily be repaired or upgraded if they break (unlike big box store cheap bikes.) The initial setup wasn't bad out of the box. The wheels were true and spoke tension was good, but the wheel and crank bearings need a little grease and adjustment. The brakes were a little tricky to set up as they included a little too much cable and the return spring tension was set a little too high. Otherwise it's a great bike and my son really likes it. The blue color is fantastic.

Ordered bike for some number 1 Christmas gift. Bike is absolutely beautiful but rear tire side wall has metal exposed causing tube to pop. Bought a new tube and after installing we noticed the issue. I'm not going through the hassel of returning entire bike but am hoping company will send me a new rear tire. I will definitely give a rating of 5 stars if we are contacted regarding this.Update::: We were never contacted

Well put together bike and an awesome purchase for the price, complete with everything you needs and easily put together.

This was 1 of 2 bikes I ordeed for my twin boys. They lI've this bike and the neighborhood kids like them too. They are of good quality, very easy to set up. I wanted to get something different than a store bike that all the other kids have. These fit the bill. I grew up watching the condor so I knew these had to be good.

Nice bike but frame, grips and chain had significant damage. The box had no out of the ordinary damage which leads me to believe it happened before packaging. Not happy at all.

I am not happy that after only a month of riding that the chain stretched and I had to remove a link to tighten back up.

Nice bike overall, I ride vert mostly, nothing too crazy. The only issue is the handlebars move in the stem, I keep tightening them, the screws aren't coming loose, I'm pretty sure the bars are being crushed... otherwise a good bike.
